Outstanding. We've just home from 3 weeks staying at this Villa. It was perfect. They had everything you needed and more. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Location is perfect if you want to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns but close enough to drive to Disney. The communication from the owner Julie was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay again.

The location is great for us. We know the area and have stayed on Bella Vida numerous times. The villa adequately suited our needs. It held almost everything we could want. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and large enough for our small party of 4. Id say it would suit up to 8 people comfortably. . Kitchen was well equipped and the little starter pack of amenities helped a lot (liquid soap, washer and dishwasher tablets etc). It was aesthetically pleasing to look at. Lovely estate. Gated with security. Used the gym in the clubhouse.

The holiday was great- everyone enjoyed it - no issues with the villa- photos are a true representation of the property

We have had the best time in the villa. Everything you could want is there, from the pool to the games room and all the facilities in between. Spacious and well decorated, we loved our stay and I would highly recommend it. The neighbourhood is lovely with a security gate at the front and an additional communal pool located on site.

The villa was amazing and in a great location -the photos were a true representation of the property and even better in real life- had to speak to the MC as the jets not working in the spa- they came out to fix straight away- will use us again in the future

Thanks for everything! Phenomenal house close to Disney Parks. Beautiful pool and patio view of a pond. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for everyone to get a hot shower. Very peaceful and feels like home from home. Thank you Julie, you were a great host!

10/10. Beautiful home and very nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay at this home again next year! Just wish there were fans for hot nights. The A/C works great but it can't be lowered more than 72 degrees. Otherwise, gorgeous, clean, and big house!

5 Stars. Amazing Villa. We have just returned from staying in this amazing villa. Sharon was helpful and friendly throughout, nothing was too much trouble. She was extremely responsive to messages. The villa itself is exactly like it is shown in the photos. There were lots of little extras left which we really appreciated - silly things like bin bags, washing pods, dishwasher tablets. We have stayed in a few villas over the years on Highlands Reserve and this is definitely one of our favourites. We love the outlook from the pool area and the fact you get the sun all day long. The games room was another hit. We will definitely be looking to book a return visit.

The villa was nice and looked just like the photos. The place seemed well-maintained, and a note in the guest book mentioned it was refurbished in 2022, which wed agree with. Overall, wed be happy to stay there again.

Baseball Trip. We were down for a week to watch college baseball in the area. The place was perfect to unwind and gather with the family With enough space to get some privacy for the kids. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook at home, and grocery stores are close by. The pool and spa were amazing and the south facing view kept the sun on the area all day long! We will stay here again if the baseball team comes back to the area.

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and everything was set up very nicely. The furniture was so comfortable, and the garage added a nice bonus to the property. We loved the pool and the option to heat it if wanted. My family and I would stay here again, I definitely recommend staying here!

5 Stars. We have stayed in High Grove many times, and South View was by far our favorite. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and spend our days relaxing by the pool/hot tub. Susan, Claudia and Tony are friendly hosts who are quick to reply with any questions. The residents are also very nice. We got to know Bill from across the street pretty well due to an unfortunate accident in front of the house involving another resident. Very unexpected, but fortunately she was alright. When we return, we would definitely stay here again if available!

It was lovely, we couldnt believe how nice it was! Where we were on Storey Lakes was brilliantly located and the amenities were great. I think its one of the best locations weve stayed. The holiday was a lovely experience.

5 Stars. Excellent House for Family Vacation. We had a great time at this house, and particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kitchen (lots of space for cooking together) and air hockey table. Having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom was great as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the villait was beautifully presented and absolutely immaculate. We couldnt have asked for a better time. All the appliances were easy to use and worked perfectly.

5/5 Stars. Relaxing place to vacation!We were very happy with this rental. Dawn (property manager) gave us thorough instructions for entering, staying at and leaving the house. She responded to all of our questions and concerns within 5 to 10 minutes of sending an email. The complex is in a very safe and relaxing area of Davenport. The house was extremely clean upon entering and the kitchen was well stocked with items needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of bath and beach towels for all of us. A few laundry and dishwasher tabs were left for us, along with garbage bags to get us started so we didn't have to rush out to grab sundries after travelling. The house had plenty of space for our two families to relax either inside or out. I would highly recommend this property for a worry free, relaxing place to stay while on vacation.

5 Stars. WOW! Just WOW. Perfection. Lets start with the amazing owner Sharon. Brilliant! Words like attentive, efficient, helpful, accommodating and every other positive adjective you can think of is what she is. An absolute pleasure to deal with. We have stayed on Highlands Reserve many times (our favourite estate) and we find it central to theme parks and shopping. The Welcome Pack Sharon sent us thoroughly covered everything we needed to know and made our arrival/holiday so much easier. Now the villaWe have stayed in many villas over the 27 years we have been visiting Florida. Some shockers in the earlier trips and some really lovely ones but walking in to Reflections Villa was magical and it just felt like we were home. Absolutely spotless, so comfortable, well stocked with everything you could want or need and we can honestly say it has been our most favourite of all. So much so that we are already booking in for next year! The pool area and conservation view is a real extra bonus to this beautiful villa. To lie on a sun lounger watching deer walking by along the edge of the wooded area is very special indeed. Like a dream. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful villa with us and Id highly recommend a stay to everyone.
