The villa was fantastic, and we had a great stay. Just to let you know it wasnt clearly displayed in the villa as to what day's rubbish collection was and there were a couple of screens out, probably from the hurricane. It was great to arrive to the tv and air con on, thank you.

5/5 Amazing house After visiting Orlando for over 30 years we found this gem of a house last year, we rebooked for our recent holiday. The house is immaculate and modern and a fantastic location. A special thank you to Tony and Phil who are also on hand for any questions or assistance.

What a vacation at Gleanegles Drive 557! My wife and my adult son spent 2 weeks in early november at Gleneagles Drive 557. When we arrived in the evening, we found the villa exactly as in the pictures provided. Even the cushions and decorations were perfectly in place. Soft lights were turned on. The villa really invited us to come in. The cleanliness was outstanding. Even though it was evening, I had to take a look at the pool and put my toes in. It was warm as arranged. The location of the villa is outstanding. It is located within the golf community of Highlands Reserve. The villas are in small subdivisions of which Gleaneagles has the best location as it is literally in the middle of the golf area. The location is amazingly tranquill. No traffic can be seen or heard except a handful of cars a day or so. And still everything is very close by car. The location is perfect for shopping and for theme park visits. The villa has no front neighbours and an amazing view which can be enjoyed from sunrise to sunset. As I am usually up in the morning before my family, I sat at the covered lanai watching the sunrise from there. We were looking specifically for a villa south facing to be able to enjoy the sun in late fall. During summer time I guess some additional shades may be helpful The villa is well equipped and well maintained. We love to cook during our vacation and everything required is available in the kitchen. If something is missing, there is a Dollar Tree right across the street. During our stay we had a power outage in the whole community. The owner and their local partner were very responsive and helpful. Also a little problem with one toilet showed up, which was solved within a few hours. Thumbs up! I could write a whole essay about the house and our stay, coming from the nicely themed bedrooms, the gaming room with the pool billiard table, the great pool, the amazing location, and so on. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The rooms being spacious and beautiful decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed using the hot tub as we found it difficult to find a nice villa with one and this was perfect for us. Great location, should we visit again we would definitely return

5 Stars Great villa/great location Probably the best villa we have stayed in and we have been here a lot. The location was perfect for parks/shopping. Well equipped. Beautifully furnished. Located within a very nice community.

We found our villa very easy to find, good directions supplied. It was very well presented, clean and welcoming. It has to be one of the best villas for layout, size, space and pool area that we have stayed in. The only point, which is not a negative against the villa, is that it seemed a long drive back after a long day out, I think that is more my age and the roads were so much busier than I remembered. I would without hesitation stay in this villa again though. Thank you very much.

The villa was really good, as soon as our group walked in they all said wow it was well stocked so perfect, my eight year old grandson fell in love with the pool table and wanted to take it home we all had a great time

5 Stars. Nicely renovated accommodation Really nice renovated villa which was ideal for our family and the location we sought. The gated community was quiet and secure with very pleasant neighbours who even put our bins out whilst we were busy in the parks. Only needed to contact the property manager once about the pool heat and it was resolved within a few hours - very impressed

What can I say about this villa?, its beautiful, I love it! We have just spent two weeks here, it's on a golfing resort and the property backs on to the course so you can have an early morning coffee and watch the golfers in their buggies zig zag around the green. Its on a lovely road and the surroundings are well kept. I think the villa is elegant and homely at the same time. Everyone's needs are catered for and It has everything for a comfortable stay and to keep the young ones occupied. I cannot fault this villa, the decor, especially in the themed bedrooms, is amazing, the kids will love them. The master suite is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable, it's like sleeping on a cloud ! The H of A team have done an amazing job with the furnishings and decor, its really lovely. It is well placed for all the theme parks and the local Publix supermarket is just a short drive away for all your provisions, and more besides. I was sad to leave, but I am hoping that we stay there again in the future! The owners are very lucky!

The villa was lovely, very clean and had all the facilities we expected, it was a shame about the hurricane and we had to call the management company as we had no power, they came out and fixed the problem and also gave us advice on what to do post hurricane. The photos on your website are a true reflection of the villa.

5 Stars! Everything you wanted to do and Restaurants to go to was within 5-10 minutes!! Enjoy a vacation with the family . 3 Days of spending time at Disney ; coming back to just sitting back & relaxing, in the home we stayed in. It was worth a 2 1/2 year wait. thank you again. The house is just as we saw on the site. I found it very practical and well-equipped. I really like the condominium where it is located. My son studies high school in MontVerde and despite the distance. I thought it was the best cost and benefit.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, which is in a beautiful position. The pictures advertised were a true representation of the villa and it exceeded our expectations. We did encounter an issue with the pool alarm when we first arrived, but the management company was extremely helpful, and it was resolved promptly. The only small downside was that the safe wasnt working and was locked, so we were unable to use it. However, this didnt affect our overall experience. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to visit Orlando again in the future.

We had a fabulous stay! The house was in perfect condition, even after just having a hurricane go through! It was perfectly cleaned and appointed with some amazing wow touches! The host was so friendly and responsive to every need. The pool was extra great! The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space inside and out! We cooked to save money, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend and definitely would stay again!

The villa was excellent, absolutely wonderful. The management company came to visit us before the hurricane and offered guidance and assistance which was great.

Everything clean and modern- liked community stayed there before. Photos a true representation of property. Pool spa timer wouldn't turn off - very good response from the mc- used us before and will use us again

We were extremely impressed with this beautiful home, from the moment we arrived, it actually felt like our home. The Villa was immaculately cleaned, above and beyond hotel standard, which is no mean feat, as we were a late booking and the management company only had a few hours to get the place ready. The home is situated in a gated secure community, which is ideally located for all the parks, supermarkets, restaurants etc, whilst remaining a peaceful place of tranquility. Sunset Dreams had everything we needed, the two master suites are spacious, with huge comfortable beds, en-suites bathrooms, and one with a great walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have been set up to accommodate young children or teens with two single comfy beds in both, and artwork drawn by the owners, which is a lovely touch, and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and cable boxes, so no arguments over the remote! The social spaces are opened planned, with a kitchen diner, with all modern appliances, dining table and lovely living space with the biggest TV I've ever seen!, again with loads of channels to watch, if you get a chance, unlike us, as most of our free time was spent in the oversized pool. The pool is excellent, with plenty of external lighting, waterfall and conservation views. The pool is one of the best I've seen, which we absolutely loved, and great to relax in after a hot day at the parks. The house is fully air-conditioned, and each room has ceiling fans for those that need that blast of cool air. The games room was a lovely touch, so much thought has gone into making this fantastic space a home from home!. Finally, Ian and Mandy, were the best hosts ever!, always at hand, as well as the management company, we had a small issue, we contacted the management company for advice, and they were at the door within 15 minutes and sorted our issue straightaway. I couldn't have asked for a better service, or host. You will certainly have a first class experience, at this sensational Villa, I've been coming to Orlando for over 20yrs and I have to say, this is the best all round Villa, that I've been fortunate to stay in, and I will definitely, stay here again.
