5 Stars: Amazing stay at this villa every thing was perfect the outside space and the look out across the lake was beautiful plenty of space indoor very peaceful and not too far from Disney very close to all amenities we was a family of 6 adults and would definitely recommend this villa. Check in and out very simple and all instructions very clear and communicated exceptionally well.

We have been booking with Homes of America for many years and continue to return because of the exceptional service and personal touch they provide. Susan and the team are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail of our stay is just right. Their communication is excellent, and it always feels like were catching up with old friends when arranging our holidays. On our most recent trip, the villa was outstanding. It was spacious and beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean on arrival, and decorated with a real sense of style that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The living areas were bright and airy, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the pool area quickly became our favourite spot to relax. The location was also perfect set in a lovely area we have grown familiar with over the years, giving us both convenience and a sense of coming home. As always, Susan knew exactly what we would love and matched us with the ideal property. We are always excited to plan our next visit, and we cant recommend Homes of America highly enough for anyone looking for their dream home from home in Florida. We stayed at this villa for our 7th time. Think that's says enough!! Villa was spotless, is located in a quiet and safe area. Is close to all the parks. Would highly recommend. Hope to come back again in the future.

We've been coming to Orlando for many years now and stay in a different home each year. This one definitely ranks near the top of my families favourites. The minute we walked through the door it was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing and was very welcoming (little touches like the lamps being left on when we arrived just as it was starting to go dark). The beds were extremely comfortable (I'm actually missing the bed I slept in as for the first time in a long time I hadn't been waking up with back ache), and the villa was spacious enough that we weren't all getting on top of one another. The location is great; there aren't many communities better located for getting to the theme parks without spending hours of your holiday sat on the I4 (if you know, you know). Of course the pool was nice (again, extremely clean) but the best bit of the villa for us was the games room. As I said, we've stayed in many villas - some with games rooms, some without - but this is the only villa we've stayed in that has aircon in the games room, which made being in there really comfortable. We spent many, many hours in there as a family, laughing and making memories, and we all miss it so much - so much so that the kids now want a pool table at home. (The fact I beat my husband 12 games to 10 over the curse of our stay has no reflection on my opinion of this) Finally a special thanks to the owner, Emma; She is super friendly, super helpful and was incredibly understanding when we had to make changes to our reservation a couple of months before going. Not many owners are this understanding and it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you xx

Immaculate home. Quiet and peaceful getaway. Close enough to all the attractions but away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall Rating 5 Stars. The home was in a great location. Quiet nice area. We loved how clean the house was. We had enough toiletries for our entire stay. The pool was clean and our kids enjoyed it. Overall I would book this home again for our future trips back to Orlando. Thank you for opening your home to us. Everything about this home was amazing. We will definitely come back in the future

It was a beautiful vacation and a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the view. The kitchen has everything we needed to live comfortably through the week and cook as we did at home. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay completely.

The property was lovely and well equipped for all family needs, the pool and games room where a firm favourite too.

The trip was great and the villa was fantastic- one of the ceiling fans in the bedroom not working rang and left a message with the mc and they fixed this very quickly. Photos are a true representation of the property and very happy .

We loved the house and the location, Susan was always quick to respond. There was an issue with the air conditioner but they came right out to fix it. We're planning to stay again on our next vacation.

We stayed at Gleneagles Drive for 3 weeks in July and absolutely loved it! Couldn't fault anything about the villa, place is spotless and in a great location. Exactly like the pictures. Pool gets the sun all day which we loved and having the covered terrace outside was a lovely place to escape from the sun when needed or at night to relax. Our children loved the games room! The owners have literally thought of everything you may need, Emma and Nick are great with communication, thanks guys! We will be back. PS Pillows are amazing and do not sit on the sofa unless you want to fall asleep as it's so comfortable :-)

Villa was out of this world! Couldnt fault it. We had to report the Hoover not working but this was on the last day and the management company was good about it. It was outstanding the pool guy attended each week as expected. Everything worked and I really liked that the website had the south-facing filter, we had sun on the pool deck all day. It was great. I wouldnt do it any other way now.
