We are currently nearing the end of our 12 day stay at Gleneagles Villa and will be sad to leave. We have stayed on Highands Reserve before and it's perfectly located to get to all the parks and has a lot more places nearby to eat and shop now. There has also been new roads opened since we were last here that allow you to skip the traffic on most of the I4 and 192 when driving into Orlando. The villa is very clean and comfortable with great air con and has a beatuful, peaceful pool area that gets the sun all day (we haven't seen or heard neighbours...just birds tweeting) We are considering rebooking for 2027...and we've never rebooked the same villa before! Emma has been very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we've had. If you're eating out and looking for good Mexican food, we highly recommend Taco Don Andres at Champions Gate - we would probably have driven by if I hadn't checked out the reviews beforehand!

This is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space to accommodate your entire party. The home was clean and the host was attentive to any questions we had.

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful home near Disneythe house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family, with comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to relax after a day at the parks. The pool was the highlight, crystal clear and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The location was ideal as wellquiet and peaceful yet just a short drive to Disney, restaurants, and shops. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and cant wait to return!

We had an amazing holiday staying at the lovely Gleneagles Villa. The location was perfect for shops, theme parks and the Berry Shopping Centre right on our doorstep was great for dining out and grocery shopping! The villa was spacious and had everything we needed, perfect for all 6 of us to relax and chill out . The kids loved the pool and games room and my husband and son-in-law enjoyed the golf course! Dawn from HOA Rentals was an absolute star she made booking the villa very easy and was always on hand to quickly answer any questions. I would be happy to recommend this villa and the service provided by Dawn.

Brilliant service, brilliant villa, all as expected we will definitely book again

The villa was absolutely everything we could have wished for and made a major contribution to the success of our holiday. It was impeccably clean and very well equipped. The attention to detail from the property management and owners to ensure the property was at its best was noted. I loved the photos on the inside of the cupboard doors and noticed how the upholstery on the furniture had been vacuumed in a pattern. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone in our party was blown away and we all agreed that it was the best villa we have ever stayed in. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the villa and Homes of America and you will be our first port of call when we are planning our next trip to Florida. Thank you for your help and support throughout.

The villa was sensational, it was spotlessly clean, the neighbourhood in which the villa is on is fabulous, we would definitely recommend the villa. It was wonderful.

The villa was very nice, one of the nicest weve stayed in. Weve already booked for next year. We only contacted the management company once to ask for a late checkout, which was sorted.

5 Stars: Amazing stay at this villa every thing was perfect the outside space and the look out across the lake was beautiful plenty of space indoor very peaceful and not too far from Disney very close to all amenities we was a family of 6 adults and would definitely recommend this villa. Check in and out very simple and all instructions very clear and communicated exceptionally well.

The location was also perfect set in a lovely area we have grown familiar with over the years, giving us both convenience and a sense of coming home.
