Welcome to our beautiful villa situated in Veranda Palms, only 3 minutes away from West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.
Our home boasts stunning scenery, tranquil surroundings, and a breathtaking lake view.
Veranda Palms is ideal for a family vacation.
It is located right next to a nature reserve, with excellent trails and beautiful scenery.
There are several supermarkets about 5 minutes away, which include Sam's Club, Publix and Target etc...
A good meal can be enjoyed at one of the many restaurants that are in the same area.
Veranda Palms is also ideally located for attractions and activities.
By car you can reach Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Universal Studios and much more in 15-20 minutes.
By driving 1.5 hours to St.Petersburg, you can experience the most amazing beaches Florida has to offer, and in Tampa you can also find Busch Gardens.
Kennedy Space Center is about 1 hour drive from the villa
Built in 2013, our home has many modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay.
The villa has also been professionally decorated to give an executive feel throughout.
With two floors, four bedrooms, and three and a half baths, your party will be able to enjoy spending time together, but also obtain privacy when needed.
The living room:
The villa has an open living room and kitchen.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs.
Here, you can enjoy a big 55" LED TV with many channels, Blu-Ray player with Netflix as well as docking station for Iphone / Ipad.
The living room is delicately decorated, and allows for quality time.
Free WI-FI and cable are available for our guests as well
Kitchen:
Here you will find all modern appliances, stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher and a large double fridge with freezer and ice maker. All in black.
You will also find coffee maker, blender, mixer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and all kitchen utensils so you can make your own dinner.
Complete tableware for 16 people, and much more.
Worktop in marble makes the kitchen a complete luxury!
Dining table with 6 chairs, light design, and 2 bar stools where you can enjoy a good meal or morning coffee.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are on the second floor.
Each bedroom has a 32 "LED TV and cable TV, clock radio and ceiling fans.
In two of the bedrooms you can find blu-ray players.
Ensuite 1 is equipped with a king size bed and walk-in closet
Ensuite 2 is equipped with a king size bed and walk-in closet
Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds
Bedroom 4 features 2 single beds (bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom)
Pool:
After long hours in parks and shopping centers, it is wonderful to come back to your own private pool area.
As you aren’t overlooked in the back, you can thoroughly enjoy dining al fresco or drinks by the pool side.
Here you can relax in the sun on one of the 4 loungers, or take a refreshing swim in the lovely pool.
The villa is equipped with extra large pool area.
The terrace is partially covered so you can pull into the shade during the hottest parts of the day.
The pool is surrounded by netting to protect against bugs and UV rays.

For your peace of mind, our villa has been equipped with the latest on the market in security and alarm systems.
Games Room.
We have converted our garage into a gamesroom for the whole family to enjoy featuring a pool table, table football, and air hockey.
Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

Our host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. She answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. House had everything we needed, and it has the best backyard view. The pool in the backyard was perfectly heated at all times, and we watched birds, ducks, geckos, and dragonflies while enjoying the pool. There were no bugs at all in the house or in the backyard (as it is meshed in). Walmart a 5 min drive away. Disney was 25mins away

Our holiday was wonderful. The villa was well presented with everything we needed. We had to contact the managers on a few occasions for minor issues/questions. The service was very helpful, friendly and timely and the minor issues rectified very promptly. The couple of minor things we needed (e.g. new bulb in swimming pool and how to unlock one of the bathroom doors which had locked itself) were dealt with very promptly

The house was so well prepared and amazing that we wanted to extend our stay. However, we could not find a flight to accommodate that. Amazing house with all the cookware and linens that you need and great communication with company. The pool was enjoyed by the entire family and we were able to have a comfortable stay. I will definitely consider renting this home again.
