We had an amazing holiday staying at the lovely Gleneagles Villa. The location was perfect for shops, theme parks and the Berry Shopping Centre right on our doorstep was great for dining out and grocery shopping! The villa was spacious and had everything we needed, perfect for all 6 of us to relax and chill out . The kids loved the pool and games room and my husband and son-in-law enjoyed the golf course! Dawn from HOA Rentals was an absolute star she made booking the villa very easy and was always on hand to quickly answer any questions. I would be happy to recommend this villa and the service provided by Dawn.

Brilliant service, brilliant villa, all as expected we will definitely book again

The villa was absolutely everything we could have wished for and made a major contribution to the success of our holiday. It was impeccably clean and very well equipped. The attention to detail from the property management and owners to ensure the property was at its best was noted. I loved the photos on the inside of the cupboard doors and noticed how the upholstery on the furniture had been vacuumed in a pattern. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone in our party was blown away and we all agreed that it was the best villa we have ever stayed in. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the villa and Homes of America and you will be our first port of call when we are planning our next trip to Florida. Thank you for your help and support throughout.

The villa was sensational, it was spotlessly clean, the neighbourhood in which the villa is on is fabulous, we would definitely recommend the villa. It was wonderful.

The villa was very nice, one of the nicest weve stayed in. Weve already booked for next year. We only contacted the management company once to ask for a late checkout, which was sorted.

It was spacious and beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean on arrival, and decorated with a real sense of style that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The living areas were bright and airy, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the pool area quickly became our favourite spot to relax. The location was also perfect set in a lovely area we have grown familiar with over the years, giving us both convenience and a sense of coming home. As always, Susan knew exactly what we would love and matched us with the ideal property. We are always excited to plan our next visit, and we cant recommend Homes of America highly enough for anyone looking for their dream home from home in Florida. 5 Stars: Amazing stay at this villa every thing was perfect the outside space and the look out across the lake was beautiful plenty of space indoor very peaceful and not too far from Disney very close to all amenities we was a family of 6 adults and would definitely recommend this villa. Check in and out very simple and all instructions very clear and communicated exceptionally well.

We stayed at this villa for our 7th time. Think that's says enough!! Villa was spotless, is located in a quiet and safe area. Is close to all the parks. Would highly recommend. Hope to come back again in the future.

We've been coming to Orlando for many years now and stay in a different home each year. This one definitely ranks near the top of my families favourites. The minute we walked through the door it was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing and was very welcoming (little touches like the lamps being left on when we arrived just as it was starting to go dark). The beds were extremely comfortable (I'm actually missing the bed I slept in as for the first time in a long time I hadn't been waking up with back ache), and the villa was spacious enough that we weren't all getting on top of one another. The location is great; there aren't many communities better located for getting to the theme parks without spending hours of your holiday sat on the I4 (if you know, you know). Of course the pool was nice (again, extremely clean) but the best bit of the villa for us was the games room. As I said, we've stayed in many villas - some with games rooms, some without - but this is the only villa we've stayed in that has aircon in the games room, which made being in there really comfortable. We spent many, many hours in there as a family, laughing and making memories, and we all miss it so much - so much so that the kids now want a pool table at home. (The fact I beat my husband 12 games to 10 over the curse of our stay has no reflection on my opinion of this) Finally a special thanks to the owner, Emma; She is super friendly, super helpful and was incredibly understanding when we had to make changes to our reservation a couple of months before going. Not many owners are this understanding and it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you xx

Immaculate home. Quiet and peaceful getaway. Close enough to all the attractions but away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall Rating 5 Stars. The home was in a great location. Quiet nice area. We loved how clean the house was. We had enough toiletries for our entire stay. The pool was clean and our kids enjoyed it. Overall I would book this home again for our future trips back to Orlando. Thank you for opening your home to us. Everything about this home was amazing. We will definitely come back in the future
