The villa was great, we had no problems at all, it exceeded our expectations

5 Star Review. Beautiful villa in a great location, watching the sun set each night was a highlight. Having 3 children, it was great to have all bedrooms on 1 floor. lovely children's movie space which was great when they needed to cool down. Staff were fabulous on the gate of the community. communication was great from Lynn throughout! Would definitely use again.

We had a fantastic holiday! The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved spending time in the games room.

We have had the best time in the villa. Everything you could want is there, from the pool to the games room and all the facilities in between. Spacious and well decorated, we loved our stay and I would highly recommend it. The neighbourhood is lovely with a security gate at the front and an additional communal pool located on site.

The holiday was great- everyone enjoyed it - no issues with the villa- photos are a true representation of the property

The villa was amazing and in a great location -the photos were a true representation of the property and even better in real life- had to speak to the MC as the jets not working in the spa- they came out to fix straight away- will use us again in the future

10/10. Beautiful home and very nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay at this home again next year! Just wish there were fans for hot nights. The A/C works great but it can't be lowered more than 72 degrees. Otherwise, gorgeous, clean, and big house!

The villa was nice and looked just like the photos. The place seemed well-maintained, and a note in the guest book mentioned it was refurbished in 2022, which wed agree with. Overall, wed be happy to stay there again.

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and everything was set up very nicely. The furniture was so comfortable, and the garage added a nice bonus to the property. We loved the pool and the option to heat it if wanted. My family and I would stay here again, I definitely recommend staying here!

5 Stars. We have stayed in High Grove many times, and South View was by far our favorite. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and spend our days relaxing by the pool/hot tub. Susan, Claudia and Tony are friendly hosts who are quick to reply with any questions. The residents are also very nice. We got to know Bill from across the street pretty well due to an unfortunate accident in front of the house involving another resident. Very unexpected, but fortunately she was alright. When we return, we would definitely stay here again if available!

It was lovely, we couldnt believe how nice it was! Where we were on Storey Lakes was brilliantly located and the amenities were great. I think its one of the best locations weve stayed. The holiday was a lovely experience.

5 Stars. Excellent House for Family Vacation. We had a great time at this house, and particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kitchen (lots of space for cooking together) and air hockey table. Having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom was great as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the villait was beautifully presented and absolutely immaculate. We couldnt have asked for a better time. All the appliances were easy to use and worked perfectly.

5 Stars.This home worked out really well for our vacation. The home was very clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. The game room was very fun as well. We had plenty of room for everyone. Overall we had a great experience at the property.

5/5 Stars. Relaxing place to vacation!We were very happy with this rental. Dawn (property manager) gave us thorough instructions for entering, staying at and leaving the house. She responded to all of our questions and concerns within 5 to 10 minutes of sending an email. The complex is in a very safe and relaxing area of Davenport. The house was extremely clean upon entering and the kitchen was well stocked with items needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of bath and beach towels for all of us. A few laundry and dishwasher tabs were left for us, along with garbage bags to get us started so we didn't have to rush out to grab sundries after travelling. The house had plenty of space for our two families to relax either inside or out. I would highly recommend this property for a worry free, relaxing place to stay while on vacation.

Lynn, Thanks for a wonderful 1 month stay. We were very happy here. Very happy. I wanted to stay another week, but I got out voted. I will definitely consider booking again next year. Maybe for two months.

Our extended family of 11 really enjoyed this experience. The house was exceptionally clean, attractive, well equipped Well cared for and met our needs. The nicest of pools we have had in years. The kids especially loved the games room. We have plenty of room for the four rental cars and a visiting relative one day. We felt very safe and comfortable and the sunsets over the pool and lake behind it were awesome. Must also comment that we had a few pre questions and the responses were exceptionally quick. Thank you!!!

10/10. Plenty of space so that it didnt feel crowded even though there was 7 of us staying. The kids had their own area and bathroom and adults had plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Plenty of kitchen utensils and plates etc and even a kettle!!

Very well equipped house in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. Everything worked very well. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice pool space and the ultimate view of the green. Large and good kitchens for large families. Without anything to add . Great service. Susan served me very well.
