This villa is perfectly located just off Highway 27 in Davenport and is only 15 minutes from Disneys main gate.

This beautiful fresh and very recently refurbished villa boasts 1373 sq. ft. of space, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
with it's own pool and gorgous pool deck as well as a games room. 

The added attraction of this lovely home is that it is within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants.

If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away.

If you are a golfer, then we are close to the prestigious Championsgate, Reunion and Southern Dunes courses as well as several others including the Disney golf courses.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation

Tuscan Hills gives a hint of Tuscany as you are greeted by water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs.

A central clubhouse as you enter the community has a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and a play area to amuse the children.
