5/5 Birthday Vacation It was a great location close to the disney parks. I loved the gated community and the house was even better than the pictures. Our family really enjoyed our stay, we were sad to leave.

Great House 5/5 It was a perfect house to have 2 families stay together with the 2 master bedrooms.

Wonderful Stay! Weve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and the communication, support, and overall service we had with this management company was fantastic! We were 5 adults for part of our stay and 7 adults for the last few days, and we couldnt have been more comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked so preparing all our meals was a breeze. Plenty of comfortable indoor seating as well as loungers and seating by the pool. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed biking and walking around the area. When we had an issue/question with the pool, the on site worker, Tony responded promptly and could not have been more pleasant. We enjoyed an awesome vacation!! Arrived Feb 24, 2024

Beautiful getaway home. This was the second time I rented this home. Its exactly as described. I love the conservation area beyond the pool deck. The home lacks for nothing. The kitchen has every appliance, pot, pan, bowl, and utensil you would ever need. We ordered the pool heat and the pool was a big hit. There was a TV issue and the management co. quickly resolved it, they were so nice to work with.

5/5 Terrific house We enjoyed this house over all the other houses weve rented in this area before. We loved the private view out past the pool. The house was updated and clean. Pool was clean and heated (extra charge) to a comfortable temp. We would stay here again. 3/6/2024 at 12:54 AM

Winter get away We had a great stay here. The house was lovely, with a south facing pool. The living room furniture is new and very comfortable. The kitchen has been redone. We have already arranged to stay here again. Date of arrival - February 5, 2024

5 Stars The house was in a very nice gated community. Close to the clubhouse with a beautiful backyard view. The house was clean with a great layout. Big living area with kitchen. First floor main bedroom with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs and an additional living space. Our grandchildren visited and loved the pool and the game room in the garage. Property manager was very communicative. We enjoyed our visit so much we have already booked for next year! Date of arrival - February 6, 2024

The house is perfect for a family just trying to escape all the noise of everyday life. The gate guards were very pleasant Maria helped us along our entire trip. 10 out of 10 recommend this home and will absolutely love to stay again.

Great location, beautiful home The house is in a wonderful community with a beautiful pool and clubhouse. The house itself was immaculate, well kept and comfortable. Everything we needed to know was listed in the binder that was in the front entryway. Couldnt have asked for a better stay!

Perfect Location for the Parks outstanding location and great house - we enjoyed the house very much, very roomy. I would stay here again without question. Twenty minutes to Disney - Star Wars - Sea World etc. Pool was great for the kids as well. Major stores 5 minutes away. Arrival Date February 14th, 2024

The family loved the house, it is 30 minutes from the main parks, the condominium is great, very safe. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are great! The pool was great! The family vacation was amazing!

Thank you for a beautiful stay at your Villa.It was brilliant, we had a great stay. The pool was great too, a place we'd call home. Being next to the Clubhouse was great. Basically everyday we went and it was very welcoming with lots to do.

5 Star We had 2 weeks in this amazing home with quiet and private surroundings. There are both good indoor and outdoor areas where everything corresponded to the pictures. We had a single problem with the pool heating, but that was quickly taken care of. The indoor air conditioner can be a bit difficult to operate, but if you just set all the controls to the same values, it works. We have been to Tuscan Ridge twice before, but this was clearly the best. We will definitely be back. Date of arrival - January 20, 2024

5/5 The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation

I definitely give your villa 5 stars, the kids give it a massive 1,000 stars. We had the most amazing time, I loved the photos of the villa on your website but they dont do it justice, it is so spacious and that sofa is enormous and the beds are huge and the pool is stunning. The kids loved their bedroom and own bathroom, they chose the bunk room but my favourite was turtle room. We couldnt get them out of the games room in the morning to go to Disney, they loved the Disney and Marvel character figures to play with and the quiz cards were fun for us all at night, and like a big kid hubby loved the arcade games and beating me at darts. The pool is awesome, so private and gorgeous and relaxing view! You said it was all day sun and even in November we had lots of warm days and you were right, sun on the pool all day. Im so glad we had it heated, it was nice to just walk in without having to ease myself in inch by inch, it was a nice temperature, not like a bath but warm enough to swim and play. The kids were fascinated watching the wild turkeys take their daily stroll and we all saw deer and what looked like a wolf. We got to the Disney parks in less than 20 minutes and Universal about 40 minutes, it was really easy to get everywhere. We used the local Publix, Chinese, Pizza and i Hop most days, we did walk it once from the villa which took about 10 mins but mostly we called in on way back from the parks. We will definitely be going again. I keep showing family and friends photos of your gorgeous villa and my sister wants to go now! Thanks so much Andrea, Simon, Noah and Oliver

5/5 Summer Vacation My family and I had a good time at your place. It was clean and even though it rained everyday in the afternoon we enjoyed the pool in the morning and evening everyday. Thank you for having us especially on such short notice.

Great home Clean, spacious, with all the comforts of home. Husband and I spent 5 weeks there with family visiting for one week . The grandkids loved the pool . The closeness to many amenities made house in great location. Would definitely stay there again.
