Great family vacation Great communication with owner from booking all the way through to stay. Property was wonderful - clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Location was great for Disney, Universal and other activities such as mini golf. Lots of shops and restaurants close by too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area!

5/5 The house is beautiful, very spacious and backs out onto green space, so very peaceful after a long day. When I arrived the house was immaculate and had everything you needed. Lots of room for a family and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I highly recommend staying here!

5/5 Home away from home This is a wonderful property in a quiet communitybetter in person than the pics. Clean, well appointed kitchen, functional layout and fantastic pool area overlooking water and a wooded area. It suited our group of 10 perfectly. The extras we added on (BBQ, high chair, crib and bedding and pool heat) were all well worth it and a convenient and appreciated option. Thank you Dawn for the great service and quick replies, and the property manager was also quick to reply for a couple minor issues. We cant wait to return

5/5 Birthday Vacation It was a great location close to the disney parks. I loved the gated community and the house was even better than the pictures. Our family really enjoyed our stay, we were sad to leave.

5/5 Great House I stayed here for 6 weeks Feb - Mar and the house was exactly as the pictures portrayed it. Had a couple of questions/issues upon arrival and in the middle of my stay and David and Julie were very quick to respond and resolve them. I would certainly return in the future.

Big spacious house - We loved it 5/5 We loved our stay. The hot tub and heated pool were a hit. The high ceilings and arched doorways and big rooms seemed luxurious. The primary and secondary suites were larger than I expected from the pictures, with giant opulent bathrooms and very large closets. Everybody said the beds were quite comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets, sheets, and pillows, and the large wash machine. The screened-in patio was large, pleasant and well-equipped with furniture. Great landscaping. The whole neighborhood always looked tidy. Good for walks. Great nearby bars/groceries/businesses we walked/rode/drove to many. (Best of British Pub, Beef O'Brady's, 1845 Tap House, Davenport Diner, Miller's Ale House, Publix, Supercuts, First Watch) The kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed. We added/donated 22 glasses, a very large heavy pan with glass lid, two big spatulas, and a container for recycling. We wished we had a second fridge. Current fridge is missing shelves and has a light problem, but can work as 2nd fridge in the garage if it is replaced. I wish the showers had handheld sprayers to keep them tidy. Was surprised no outdoor grill. The wifi was fast and rock solid, we never had a problem. The property managers were excellent. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. Overall, the experience was everything I had hoped and a bit more. I wrote a much longer, more detailed review, but this page limits the number of characters in the feedback.

Great House 5/5 It was a perfect house to have 2 families stay together with the 2 master bedrooms.

Wonderful Stay! Weve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and the communication, support, and overall service we had with this management company was fantastic! We were 5 adults for part of our stay and 7 adults for the last few days, and we couldnt have been more comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked so preparing all our meals was a breeze. Plenty of comfortable indoor seating as well as loungers and seating by the pool. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed biking and walking around the area. When we had an issue/question with the pool, the on site worker, Tony responded promptly and could not have been more pleasant. We enjoyed an awesome vacation!! Arrived Feb 24, 2024

5/5 Terrific house We enjoyed this house over all the other houses weve rented in this area before. We loved the private view out past the pool. The house was updated and clean. Pool was clean and heated (extra charge) to a comfortable temp. We would stay here again. 3/6/2024 at 12:54 AM

Beautiful getaway home. This was the second time I rented this home. Its exactly as described. I love the conservation area beyond the pool deck. The home lacks for nothing. The kitchen has every appliance, pot, pan, bowl, and utensil you would ever need. We ordered the pool heat and the pool was a big hit. There was a TV issue and the management co. quickly resolved it, they were so nice to work with.

5 Stars The house was in a very nice gated community. Close to the clubhouse with a beautiful backyard view. The house was clean with a great layout. Big living area with kitchen. First floor main bedroom with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs and an additional living space. Our grandchildren visited and loved the pool and the game room in the garage. Property manager was very communicative. We enjoyed our visit so much we have already booked for next year! Date of arrival - February 6, 2024

Great location, beautiful home The house is in a wonderful community with a beautiful pool and clubhouse. The house itself was immaculate, well kept and comfortable. Everything we needed to know was listed in the binder that was in the front entryway. Couldnt have asked for a better stay!

Perfect Location for the Parks outstanding location and great house - we enjoyed the house very much, very roomy. I would stay here again without question. Twenty minutes to Disney - Star Wars - Sea World etc. Pool was great for the kids as well. Major stores 5 minutes away. Arrival Date February 14th, 2024

5 Star We had 2 weeks in this amazing home with quiet and private surroundings. There are both good indoor and outdoor areas where everything corresponded to the pictures. We had a single problem with the pool heating, but that was quickly taken care of. The indoor air conditioner can be a bit difficult to operate, but if you just set all the controls to the same values, it works. We have been to Tuscan Ridge twice before, but this was clearly the best. We will definitely be back. Date of arrival - January 20, 2024

I definitely give your villa 5 stars, the kids give it a massive 1,000 stars. We had the most amazing time, I loved the photos of the villa on your website but they dont do it justice, it is so spacious and that sofa is enormous and the beds are huge and the pool is stunning. The kids loved their bedroom and own bathroom, they chose the bunk room but my favourite was turtle room. We couldnt get them out of the games room in the morning to go to Disney, they loved the Disney and Marvel character figures to play with and the quiz cards were fun for us all at night, and like a big kid hubby loved the arcade games and beating me at darts. The pool is awesome, so private and gorgeous and relaxing view! You said it was all day sun and even in November we had lots of warm days and you were right, sun on the pool all day. Im so glad we had it heated, it was nice to just walk in without having to ease myself in inch by inch, it was a nice temperature, not like a bath but warm enough to swim and play. The kids were fascinated watching the wild turkeys take their daily stroll and we all saw deer and what looked like a wolf. We got to the Disney parks in less than 20 minutes and Universal about 40 minutes, it was really easy to get everywhere. We used the local Publix, Chinese, Pizza and i Hop most days, we did walk it once from the villa which took about 10 mins but mostly we called in on way back from the parks. We will definitely be going again. I keep showing family and friends photos of your gorgeous villa and my sister wants to go now! Thanks so much Andrea, Simon, Noah and Oliver

5/5 Great stay! Great rental and well furnished. Everything was spotless! So glad we paid extra for the pool and hot tub to be heated as our weather was quite cool. We would definitely stay again if ever back to the area
