It was a beautiful vacation and a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the view. The kitchen has everything we needed to live comfortably through the week and cook as we did at home. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay completely.

The property was lovely and well equipped for all family needs, the pool and games room where a firm favourite too.

The trip was great and the villa was fantastic- one of the ceiling fans in the bedroom not working rang and left a message with the mc and they fixed this very quickly. Photos are a true representation of the property and very happy .

We loved the house and the location, Susan was always quick to respond. There was an issue with the air conditioner but they came right out to fix it. We're planning to stay again on our next vacation.

We stayed at Gleneagles Drive for 3 weeks in July and absolutely loved it! Couldn't fault anything about the villa, place is spotless and in a great location. Exactly like the pictures. Pool gets the sun all day which we loved and having the covered terrace outside was a lovely place to escape from the sun when needed or at night to relax. Our children loved the games room! The owners have literally thought of everything you may need, Emma and Nick are great with communication, thanks guys! We will be back. PS Pillows are amazing and do not sit on the sofa unless you want to fall asleep as it's so comfortable :-)

Villa was out of this world! Couldnt fault it. We had to report the Hoover not working but this was on the last day and the management company was good about it. It was outstanding the pool guy attended each week as expected. Everything worked and I really liked that the website had the south-facing filter, we had sun on the pool deck all day. It was great. I wouldnt do it any other way now.

The villa was absolutely fantasticexactly what we were looking for. The location was ideal, and it fully met our expectations and needs. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with the pool and pool deck being perfect for relaxing. We were genuinely impressed by how well-stocked the villa was. The thoughtful extras like hand wash, kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, and the generous supply of tea and coffee were much appreciated. We had no complaints at all. Although we encountered a minor issue with the alarm upon arrival, Sharon responded quickly and was incredibly helpfulher support couldnt have been better.

Overall rating 5 stars. The place is private, communication was great! Lynn was very helpful and understanding. It has a Publix 6min away from there, it made things easier.

5 Stars. I recently stayed at this vacation home and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt cozy, clean, and well thought out. The home was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, spacious. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking meals super easy. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra blankets and pillows. The outdoor area was a highlight. My kids loved it! :) Location-wise, it was ideal. Close enough to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, but tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. They were quick to respond. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Were already thinking about booking it again for next year!

Weve just returned from our 2 weeks holiday at Sunset Dreams Villa, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa was perfect for our family holiday, with all the home comforts you could need - a full kitchen with pantry & large American fridge with ice-maker, laundry room, dining & living area. Also, 2 good sized master bedrooms both with large en-suites & 2 twin rooms with a full bathroom. TVs were provided in every room for entertainment. The pool area was great with a good size pool & outdoor space, backing onto conservation land, giving more privacy & great sunsets! All in all it was a great base for a perfect holiday & in our preferred location. Mission Park is a very well kept, gated community on the 27, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc., all close by & easy access to the Parks & both the 192 & the I4. Communication with the owners was excellent from our initial booking onwards. Well definitely be in touch when were ready to return. Thank you Ian & Mandy for our lovely stay!

Great place to stay, the house was perfect and clean. We had a lovely time and the kids had the best time in the pool and games room. Close to all the parks and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back!

This was the perfect family vacation! Our boys absolutely LOVED the pool and did NOT want to leave. There was an abundance of towels which was very convenient and the game room was a hit! If you have the chance, Jennifer's place is top notch! There was even Clorox wipes, cleaners and rags and broom and vacuum accessible to guests.

5 Stars. The place was gorgeous and the neighborhood was so quiet, it felt like nobody was around us. The back yard had a beautiful lake view and the property manager Susan was always so responsive every time I messaged her. My only complaint was that the master bedroom downstairs king bed was very hard (very old mattress) and not comfortable at all, I had to buy a memory foam topper(Ive had back surgery so my back is horrible) but other than that everything was worth the stay. We will definitely come back and maybe if they can add in the amenities of how comfortable the beds are, thats what I will look for next time! Thank you Homes Of America our vacation was wonderful

Everything was so nice and clean. The pool area was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Loved having the beach towels available.

All rooms excellent and finished to a great standard. Without a doubt the best villa we have had in havent years of visiting Florida. Booked again for next year and if its available thereafter on our dates we will continue to book. Top class.

Overall rating 5 stars. It was a beautiful, spacious and private home. Loved the gated community and the amenities that came with it.

I was not disappointed; the Villa was superb. The pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic looking Villa, bedrooms all looked so inviting. The pool is amazing. South facing and not overlooked. Location is great. Not far from shops and food outlets and not far from Disney parks. I have tried to think of something to improve the stay, but I cannot think of anything.
