Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

Wonderful Stay!
Weve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and the communication, support, and overall service we had with this management company was fantastic! We were 5 adults for part of our stay and 7 adults for the last few days, and we couldnt have been more comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked so preparing all our meals was a breeze. Plenty of comfortable indoor seating as well as loungers and seating by the pool. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed biking and walking around the area. When we had an issue/question with the pool, the on site worker, Tony responded promptly and could not have been more pleasant. We enjoyed an awesome vacation!!

Fabulous villa
We had a fantastic stay here at south view.. the amenities were fantastic, location was great with Walmart, publix, Starbucks, chillys, chick fil a etc etc Up the road. I wish I didnt bring car seat and pushchair as Was provided, even a cool box! Any teething problems we had or questions I had were answered and dealt with straight away. For someone who suffers with a spinal injury the master bed was so comfortable in fact all beds were! You do have to stagger the hot water use, was only an issue a couple of times!! But with 7 of us 2 of them teenage girls its going to happen..! Could do with another baking tray as trying to cook the odd day proved tricky with more than one thing to put in oven..didnt think to buy foil baking trays when shopping.. was inventive using wire racks and tin foil! Was a great stay thank you to owners..

My opinion - Best place in Orlando .
The owner is very nice and helpful, all she wants is for you to have a good experience. The house has everything you need to enjoy some nice vacation days, one cozy pool facility, well-equipped kitchen, delicious beds, large TV and a safe area in quiet surroundings, with a good access to most of the shops and restaurants. From 1.5 to 2 hours then you are by the coast so it is perfectly located for day trips from here. This is the second time I rent here and can really recommend this house. Love it.

This is a beautiful spacious home. Plenty of room for our family. The game room was a plus kept the kids busy. Stores, restaurants are all right there making it very convenient.
