Great home in a great location. Had an issue with temperature but management responded swiftly and fixed the problem. Home was well-kept and the location was conveniently located. I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely villa within a gated community housing a gym & swimming pool. The photos dont really do it justice. The main hallway, kitchen & lounge area is much bigger than shown. Very clean & modern. Cannot fault this delightful villa at all. Very well equipped with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Huge TV in lounge plus Tvs in all bedrooms. Great games room with pool table, dart board etc which we used every night! Beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlooking a small lake. Management & owner very obliging and helpful giving immediate response to any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend and would 100% book this exceptional Villa again. House was located in a very nice area and close to parks. The house has a nice layout, games room needed some supplies which were delivered the next morning.

Fantastic location for a multifamily Christmas getaway. Close enough to Disney but still nice and quiet. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with plenty of plates, pans and silverware. There was even a Christmas tree which we werent expecting at all! The only two negative points I would make are that the community pool wasnt heated, and that the driveway wasnt really big enough for three cars. If you really want to swim in the colder months then I suggest getting the villa pool heated. Other than that it was lovely. Reviewer location - Washington DC

We stayed in Clermont Florida the week of December 22-December 31st, 2023. This 6 Bedroom villa with private pool was beautiful! Very clean, spacious, great location, and perfect for our family of 20. The condo sleeps 12 (Our daughter and son in law live close so they traveled back and forth). We were also centrally located to get to Downtown Disney, and went to Snowcat ridge tubing and ice skating.. The charm of Clermont makes you feel like your in a Hallmark movie. We also experienced the snowfall in Celebrations. The condo was well equipped with all our needs, the game room also came in handy for the grandkids. Pool is a great size, we heated it and even with cooler temperatures the kids swam everyday. We have 11 grandkids ranging from 20 to 2 years old and the kids had a blast. The house is really very clean and really well located. It is nicely decorated. There is really everything you need in terms of equipment and a large number (dishes, towels, etc.) The view is very beautiful. We booked it in December and took the pool heating. The water was really good, it was perfect. Dawn is really available and that is very appreciable! Recommended +++

The townhouse/condo lived huge and was in good shape. It definitely had enough room for our family. The property manager was always quick to respond with any questions I had leading upto our stay and the check in went smooth. Overall, it was a great unit and a great location! Thanks again!!!

Loved the gated community, felt very safe. House was perfect size for my family, kids loved the heated pool.

We loved our week long stay at this property. We have stayed in several different homes in Terra Verde. This by far was the best stocked kitchen. It had cookie sheets , crock pot , wine glasses , all sizes pots and pans. It was great. The main Master mattress was AMAZING. The air worked perfect but for those who love fans ( me ) they had one in each bedroom. Living room furniture looked new so not dirty or dingy. We would 100% stay here again. Its close to the tennis courts which was a huge bonus for our teen. The clubhouse pool is always a favorite and well maintained.

Perfect for large family or multiple families traveling together. Short drive to Disney. Pool is great, house is clean, and owners are accessible and responsive.

5/5 Amazing stay Wow, this property is truly awesome! We had a group of 8 adults and 2 kids for our stay and there was plenty of room. The outdoor amenities are the best Ive seen in Florida. We spent almost all our time in the pool or lounging or in the outdoor sitting area. The patio furniture was super clean and so comfortable. The house was extremely clean and check in was a breeze. The kitchen and dining area were nice and the living room easily accommodated our large group. Oh, and there are TVs everywhere, I think I counted 8 in total, which was nice at night and on our one rainy day. We had a minor issue on our last day, and the property manager literally responded within a minute on a Saturday morning. Truly great service!! The community of Solana was great. The mini putt was a huge plus for the kids, we were there everyday. Everyone in the community was friendly and the staff at the clubhouse were very nice to us and the kids. Also fairly close to everything, Wal-Mart and Publix a short 10 minute drive away. Thanks for such a great week!!! Hope we can come back!! 3/21/2023 at 8:43 PM
