Weve just returned from our 2 weeks holiday at Sunset Dreams Villa, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa was perfect for our family holiday, with all the home comforts you could need - a full kitchen with pantry & large American fridge with ice-maker, laundry room, dining & living area. Also, 2 good sized master bedrooms both with large en-suites & 2 twin rooms with a full bathroom. TVs were provided in every room for entertainment. The pool area was great with a good size pool & outdoor space, backing onto conservation land, giving more privacy & great sunsets! All in all it was a great base for a perfect holiday & in our preferred location. Mission Park is a very well kept, gated community on the 27, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc., all close by & easy access to the Parks & both the 192 & the I4. Communication with the owners was excellent from our initial booking onwards. Well definitely be in touch when were ready to return. Thank you Ian & Mandy for our lovely stay!

Great place to stay, the house was perfect and clean. We had a lovely time and the kids had the best time in the pool and games room. Close to all the parks and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back!

This was the perfect family vacation! Our boys absolutely LOVED the pool and did NOT want to leave. There was an abundance of towels which was very convenient and the game room was a hit! If you have the chance, Jennifer's place is top notch! There was even Clorox wipes, cleaners and rags and broom and vacuum accessible to guests.

5 Stars. The place was gorgeous and the neighborhood was so quiet, it felt like nobody was around us. The back yard had a beautiful lake view and the property manager Susan was always so responsive every time I messaged her. My only complaint was that the master bedroom downstairs king bed was very hard (very old mattress) and not comfortable at all, I had to buy a memory foam topper(Ive had back surgery so my back is horrible) but other than that everything was worth the stay. We will definitely come back and maybe if they can add in the amenities of how comfortable the beds are, thats what I will look for next time! Thank you Homes Of America our vacation was wonderful

Everything was so nice and clean. The pool area was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Loved having the beach towels available.

All rooms excellent and finished to a great standard. Without a doubt the best villa we have had in havent years of visiting Florida. Booked again for next year and if its available thereafter on our dates we will continue to book. Top class.

Overall rating 5 stars. It was a beautiful, spacious and private home. Loved the gated community and the amenities that came with it.

I was not disappointed; the Villa was superb. The pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic looking Villa, bedrooms all looked so inviting. The pool is amazing. South facing and not overlooked. Location is great. Not far from shops and food outlets and not far from Disney parks. I have tried to think of something to improve the stay, but I cannot think of anything.

5 Stars Perfect Family Getaway! We had such a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The private pool was definitely the highlight we spent hours relaxing and swimming, and it was great to come back to after a long day at the parks.

With regards to the villa: - the location was perfect - the layout was lovely - the pool and pool heating were fantastic - the children loved the games room and the Mickey bedroom - the internet was really good Overall, the villa was perfect for us and I think that we will definitely be booking it again in the future!!

We absolutely loved the villa and our time spent there. It was extremely spacious, clean and very homely/cosy, whilst still being very modern in comparison to other villas which we looked at. It had every single thing we could think of needing which made our trip even more enjoyable - the hosts really have thought of everything that a guest would need. The rooms were all a really lovely size and we had all the amenities we could think of. The pool was also a big plus for us - it was a lovely size and perfect for our family of 6. We loved how the pool was not overlooked by any other villas which was a big plus for us. We loved how the villa was close to everything including supermarkets, gift shops, restaurants and the Disney parks and only a short drive from the airport. We felt the villa was an ideal location. On another note, the service we have been provided by Homes of America has also been great. The customer service was excellent, with quiet communication when needed. The whole process was so seamless and easy, again making our stay perfect. Thank-you for such a lovely stay and we hope we can return very soon!

We were referred in to HOA (Homes of America) and were a little nervous about booking direct. However we were so well looked after by the team, that all ours fears were quashed, and when we arrived at our villa we were delighted with it. Perfect for our party of 11. Great space, lovely pool, well equipped and great service. Had a problem with the washing machine which was immediately dealt with and the maintenance team could not have been more helpful. Thank you HOA we will certainly be booking with you again.

The Villa was exceptional. Everything about it was 1st class.

The villa was lovely and our holiday was amazing. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and it was fixed within a day.

The villa was excellent - just as we had expected from the photos of it on the website. It was super clean and had everything that we wanted. We had a problem initially signing onto the website but the Management company was very helpful and gave us instructions on how to fix the problem.
