I wish I could rave about the amenities but we spent very little time here. We didnt even get to use the pool. The only complaint is that a neighbor had a crazy party one of the evenings we were there. Besides that, everything was simple. We never spoke to the PM because we had the info needed. It would have been helpful to have the checkout info included in the app. We saw that we had to strip the bedding and start the wash at the last minute on a paper in the entryway. But, we caught it so I think we were all good.

We loved our stay! 2 families with 9 total, and we had plenty of room. I LOVED the big kitchen island. Communication was quick. all of the kids enjoyed having a pool at the house, and I liked being able to watch them as I cooked. The neighborhood pool and clubhouse was awesome.

This was the perfect place for us during our trip to Disney. It is so close to all the parks which made it easy to come back mid day for a break and easily get back for more fun in the evening. It was incredibly clean and easy to find what we needed. The pool was perfect for our 4 kids age 5-8 as well as for the adults. It really had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable and it truly felt like home for the week we were there. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to go back in the future!

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Please confirm at point of reservation
