The villa was amazing and everything was just perfect. Loved the space around the pool, and the home looked better than what it did in the photos. The security on the community was also great, thank you . We hope to return next year.

Top Class Villa, the best out of six over the years

Great home. This was a fantastic property and I would rent here again. The Orange tree community is quiet and the house was perfect. Close to a Walmart and a publix which was great. We had no issues with the home at all.

Beautiful home and great location Travelled to this villa from April 26 to May 3. The location and house were both great. Pool is stunning and we used every day. The host was great before during and upon check out. Very responsive and made the rental smooth. Orange tree is a quiet pleasant community which we always enjoy.

5 Star Beautiful Villa. We recently stayed at this villa for six weeks. It had everything necessary to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. It was well furnished and well decorated. It has plenty of dinnerware. The linens and towels were well stocked and of high quality. Bedrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Games room was an added bonus. Pool area was well furnished and with five loungers and outside dining table. Thoroughly enjoyed pool with perfect water temperature that overlooked conservation area. Very peaceful. Our host, Sharon, was excellent and very accommodating . We had a great vacation here and would recommend this villa to everyone.

This villa was the perfect home away from home for our stay - the estate was lovely and quiet. Just far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to visit all of the parks. Great location for restaurants and shops too. The villa was nicely furnished and felt clean, modern and well maintained. Deidre is a great host, always responding to messages quickly and arranging things with the management company within hours of us asking, like turning on the pool heat during our stay. We'd happily stay again in future!

5/5 Wonderfull This property is very good. We stay with only 2 persons and we have to book this at the last moment. The house was as shown in the photos and everything was there. We enjoyed the large swimming pool and the space around it. The whole day we looked at a living painting with different types of animals such as cranes, squirrels, birds of prey. Fantastic house and vacation We had great week at this house, house very clean, check-in was super easy, very quick to reply to any questions I had. Pool area was awesome, lots of room for a group of adults.

5 Stars! Fabulous stay. Our family absolutely loved this property, we spent many hours in the pool and spa, eating our meals on the lanai and watching the wildlife stroll by. We will be back. Thank you Gordon for a lovely stay :)

5 Stars. Stayed with kids Our stay was great! We enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the neighborhood. Our kids loved the pool! The parks were a bit further from past trips to Florida but we still enjoyed our stay.

AWESOME! The house was spacious and very clean. We had a great time. The neighbors were friendly. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Not that far from shopping and restaurants. The check in process was easy. We would definitely stay at the house on our next trip to Florida. Thanks again

5 * star villa is a beautifully maintained and decorated home in a quiet golf community, close to theme parks and shopping. This clean and spacious home has an abundance of everything you need from quality bedding and towels to dishes. The games room is amazing. It has a variety of electronic equipment with comfortable seating as well as a television. The lanai overlooks peaceful conservation land which attracts a variety of birds. We enjoyed our stay in early January 2024 and would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Rating, 5 stars. Stayed about a week Host was extremely responsive and was able to help us with a lot of different things during our stay. She was also flexible when it counted and it made our stay so much better. Would absolutely recommend the stay!

5/5 Wonderful stay We had a fantastic time staying at Highgate Hideaway. The outside area was great, and we loved the pool and spa - especially in the evenings with the multicoloured pool light and outside fairy lights. Outside area is very private due to tall foliage on either side. Well equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, including plentiful towels and all kitchen equipment. Plus a great games room with air hockey, pool and video games. Lovely to have some board games and books to make use of as well. As a family of four we loved the spaciousness and plentiful bathrooms. The master bedroom was very comfortable with an enormous bathroom equipped with large shower, bathtub and double sinks. Fantastic for Disney parks - only a short 20 minute drive. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

5 Stars We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The town home is a short walk to all amenities from the resort to the restaurants and shops. As this was a Disney trip we enjoyed being close to the parks as well. Bonus having full laundry *didn't bring home a bunch of dirty laundry to deal with** Thank you again Homes of America's I would not hesitate to book again!

Stayed over a week Wonderful house - clean, large, safe gated area, comfortable, accurate to description. Lynn was very responsive and helpful when I left some valuables behind. Overall we were very sad to leave this house as it was part of a great holiday.

Beautiful home and resort! We've just returned from a stay here as a family...we loved the home and resort. It's beautifully decorated and we felt at home straight away and most of all, it's huge!!! My youngest was very impressed with his Star Wars themed room and the master suite was impressive. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could need (and more). The condo is in a great location on the resort just across the road from one pool/restaurant and the beach and lake whilst overlooking a smaller lake...we could view the gators in there from the balcony. The other pool is just the other side. The resort itself we found beautifully quiet whilst still being lively around the pool areas. Barely heard any noise from neighbours. The only downside was the restaurant. We ate here one night and the service was slow and food very mediocre for the price. Overall we had a fantastic time here and didn't want to leave!

Good quality Highlands Reserve Villa Everything about this home was beautiful. We booked this villa from the end of Jan-March 11 2024. We couldn't have been more happier with it, then we were. It was very clean, updated, and the first time that I've spent away from home, in another bed, and not ended up with a back ache. It has a very well stocked kitchen. The pool area was very well kept and we used it almost every day. The privacy was great, hedge on both sides and looking onto the Reserve, spotted quite a few wild animals. We look forward to renting this villa in the future.

5/5 Beautiful Property & Excellent Location Traveling from Atlanta, GA we were a bit leary about renting in the Kissimmee area but when we arrived at our rental property we were impressed with everything!! Beautiful property and the location and surrounding neighborhood was wonderful!! We have locked in this location for future stays in Florida!! 10 out of 10!!
