5/5 Quiet villa This was a beautiful home on a curb with much privacy. We enjoyed the pool and the game room . Beds were comfortable and fit our family perfectly . The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The two living rooms were nice for when the kids wanted to watch a movie and the moms wanted to read quietly. Very secured feeling in that place with all the alarm settings .Only thing I can complain about is master king bathroom with the door to the outside; shower didnt get as hot as we would like and that room seemed to stay hot. And then every time you entered it exit the house to the pool the alarm went off and I know it was safest but it did wake you up if someone forgot . Overall this house is amazing and we have already talked about booking it again!!

5/5 Beautiful Location/home The home was beautiful, the set up was wonderful. Things were neat, tidy and clean. We enjoyed our stay. It's close to all the parks and food but just outside the chaos and traffic to be quiet and peaceful.

5 Stars Our host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. She answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. House had everything we needed, and it has the best backyard view. The pool in the backyard was perfectly heated at all times, and we watched birds, ducks, geckos, and dragonflies while enjoying the pool. There were no bugs at all in the house or in the backyard (as it is meshed in). Walmart a 5 min drive away. Disney was 25mins away

After a very long day travelling we arrived at Mission Park - a beautiful small gated community. The villa was very stunning, very welcoming and had everything we need including 2 lovely master suites - our only problem was deciding which one to use! The pool area is beautiful, relaxing and peaceful no noise just wildlife - perfect. The pool was warm (we had it heated) and the sun beds so comfortable. When in the villa we spent most of the time outside day and night - the sunsets were gorgeous. The villa is in a great location on the 27 with supermarkets and restaurants on the doorstep. The community is very small but so friendly, everyone stops to say Hello or wave if they are driving - we loved this. Its close to Disney and to the gorgeous town of Clermont (some fabulous restaurants here) We cannot wait to return.

5/5 Family Vacation This was our 3rd time staying in Watersong and this property did not disappoint. It's lovely and spacious, inside and out, everything was exactly as it was described, and we all had a great time!

"My family and I had an amazing stay! Everything was super clean and pictures matched the house exactly. The area was remote and away from the busy theme park traffic in which we enjoyed. But still very close to local restaurants and stores. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!"

Great location This is a very nice, well taken care of home. The pool and spa are clean and nice. The spa isnt hot unless you pay the extra charge.

5/5 Perfect Peaceful Space We have been using the VRBO site to find our break week home for about 15 years. This is one of the best homes ever! This home is EXACTLY as pictured! Not only is the layout very convenient for generational families - it is well equipped with cooking and baking tools. We tend to dine in so this was a big plus. Communications prior to our trip were very well done. Questions and information were provided in a timely manner and easily understood. The information package I received prior to our departure was very complete. The property managers were exceptional - any of the problems we had were handled quickly. In fact, so quickly that someone arrived just as I was getting a text that they were on their way! The space is lovely, well kept and away from the main building and activity center. We loved this home and would stay again. Thanks to the property owners for sharing their lovely home.!!

5/5 Fantastic stay! We very much enjoyed our stay! House was exactly as described and pictured on the website. The south facing pool was excellent as we got sun most of the day. It was also great not having any neighbours behind us. The kids enjoyed seeing the cows grazing in the early evening. The check-in process is much better now that it is at the clubhouse as we never experienced any long lineups at the gatehouse waiting to access the property. Any questions we had about the property were answered quickly by the Property Manager. Overall, a wonderful week! We will probably rent again!!

5/5 Great place Very well taken care of and clean. Great place with a great view

Recently returned from a 14 night stay at Tonis Villa and would 100% recommend this place for your next Florida holiday! This is a lovely maintained villa with an excellent pool area and everything else you need for your stay! We were blown away by how clean the villa was when we arrived! The Villa is located within a really nice and secure gated community, with supermarkets, good restaurants, fast food and Starbucks all nearby! Excellent WiFi, TVs and a Pool Table means you wont be bored during your time-out from the Disney Theme Parks, which are only a 20 minute drive away! Sam is a breeze to deal with and replies to emails and messages almost instantly!! Cant wait to go back!!

Stayed with kids I highly recommend this home. We stayed a week in March and enjoyed our stay. The house is clean the beds are super comfortable as well and the kitchen is fully stocked. The pool area was great lots of room to sit around and the bbq was great too. The host is Lynn was a pleasure to deal with and responded to all of our questions. We will be renting this home again.

5/5 The house is beautiful, very spacious and backs out onto green space, so very peaceful after a long day. When I arrived the house was immaculate and had everything you needed. Lots of room for a family and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I highly recommend staying here!

Great family vacation Great communication with owner from booking all the way through to stay. Property was wonderful - clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Location was great for Disney, Universal and other activities such as mini golf. Lots of shops and restaurants close by too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area!

5/5 Home away from home This is a wonderful property in a quiet communitybetter in person than the pics. Clean, well appointed kitchen, functional layout and fantastic pool area overlooking water and a wooded area. It suited our group of 10 perfectly. The extras we added on (BBQ, high chair, crib and bedding and pool heat) were all well worth it and a convenient and appreciated option. Thank you Dawn for the great service and quick replies, and the property manager was also quick to reply for a couple minor issues. We cant wait to return

Big spacious house - We loved it 5/5 We loved our stay. The hot tub and heated pool were a hit. The high ceilings and arched doorways and big rooms seemed luxurious. The primary and secondary suites were larger than I expected from the pictures, with giant opulent bathrooms and very large closets. Everybody said the beds were quite comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets, sheets, and pillows, and the large wash machine. The screened-in patio was large, pleasant and well-equipped with furniture. Great landscaping. The whole neighborhood always looked tidy. Good for walks. Great nearby bars/groceries/businesses we walked/rode/drove to many. (Best of British Pub, Beef O'Brady's, 1845 Tap House, Davenport Diner, Miller's Ale House, Publix, Supercuts, First Watch) The kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed. We added/donated 22 glasses, a very large heavy pan with glass lid, two big spatulas, and a container for recycling. We wished we had a second fridge. Current fridge is missing shelves and has a light problem, but can work as 2nd fridge in the garage if it is replaced. I wish the showers had handheld sprayers to keep them tidy. Was surprised no outdoor grill. The wifi was fast and rock solid, we never had a problem. The property managers were excellent. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. Overall, the experience was everything I had hoped and a bit more. I wrote a much longer, more detailed review, but this page limits the number of characters in the feedback.

5/5 Great House I stayed here for 6 weeks Feb - Mar and the house was exactly as the pictures portrayed it. Had a couple of questions/issues upon arrival and in the middle of my stay and David and Julie were very quick to respond and resolve them. I would certainly return in the future.
