Welcome to our fabulous 4 bed 2 bath fully furnished villa with a private south west facing
pool and views of the golf course.
Sit back and relax on the pool deck which features a covered seating area to admire the
stunning sunsets that Florida has to offer.
Located on the well established Highlands Reserve Golf Community just off the US 27, close
to US 192 and I-4 we are 15-20 minutes away from Disney, 40 minutes to both Universal
Studios and Orlando International Airport.
Within easy reach is Berry Town Center (5 minutes drive or a short 15 minute walk) which
has everything you need during your stay including a Publix supermarket, CVS, Starbucks,
IHOP, Applebees and our favourite Twistee Treat!
All for your convenience for your self catering needs and experiencing Florida living.
Our villa has been modernised whilst keeping its traditional style.
We can sleep up to 8 people with a master bedroom, Queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms
to provide you with ultimate comfort during your stay.
Spacious open plan area for relaxing and unwind after days enjoying theme parks, golfing or
shopping or any number of activities Orlando has to offer.
Living area has 2 sofas ideal for watching a movie on the Big Screen TV or looking out over
the pool with a drink.
Dining area has plenty of room providing facilities for a more formal family meal if required.
The kitchen has been modernised and is fully stocked with essentials including crockery,
pots and pans, utensils and silverware. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher as
who wants to do the dishes whilst on vacation!!!
For coffee lovers we have a brand new keurig coffee machine where you can brew filter
coffee or alternatively use pods. Also a kettle, toaster and Ninja blender. This is all provided
for you to compliment your stay.
There is a breakfast table where you can sit and chill whilst planning your day.
Washing machine and dryer is here should you need it and an iron and ironing board.
Just off the kitchen is a newly added games room for your enjoyment featuring a
brand new pool table, and gaming area with gaming chairs to enjoy playing your favourite
online games on the wall mounted ROKU TVs, with XBOX series S and Nintendo Switch
consoles.
The bathrooms come fully stocked with plenty of bath towels and hand towels for you to use
during your stay.
The master bedroom is a calming area which has been modernised consisting of a king
sized bed with fresh linen and subtle tones to give that luxurious feel, plenty of storage for
your clothes and a ROKU TV. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower
and dual vanity area.
The Queen bedroom has been modernised with a queen sized bed with fresh linen and
subtle tones again to give that luxurious feel, plenty of storage for your clothes and a ROKU
TV so you can relax.
1st Twin bedroom is a nod to Harry Potter! With 2 twin beds consisting of fresh linen and
comfy throws and cushions this is an ideal space for children or adults. With plenty of
storage space for your clothes and a ROKU TV.
2nd Twin bedroom is a nod to Lion King with an Animal Kingdom feel . With 2 twin beds
consisting of fresh linen and comfy throws and cushions this is an ideal space for children or
adults. Plenty of storage for your clothes and a ROKU TV.
This villa is fully air-conditioned.
The pool area has plenty of outdoor living space with 4 seats/loungers to enjoy lazing by the
pool and soaking up the rays, to a covered area with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco
dining. Enjoy the pool to cool down from the Florida sun or a relaxing dip in the evening
watching the sun go down. Not being overlooked means you can enjoy the vista and your
private pool oasis. There is also a pool fence available if needed.
Pool heat can be added to your booking ( recommended for October to March)

The Games Room is a perfect space to relax and have fun with family and friends! This dedicated room features its own air conditioning unit for year-round comfort. Enjoy a pool table, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch with access to online games — or log into your own accounts via WiFi.
Kick back in the two comfy reclining gaming chairs, with extra cube seating available. Whether you're watching movies, playing games, or just putting on some music, the TVs in the room help set the perfect vibe for downtime and fun.
Please note: This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish. Must be 21+ Years of age to book. No Smoking No Parties No Pets Allowed * A clean fee may apply. Ask for details. * Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. We've been coming to Orlando for many years now and stay in a different home each year. This one definitely ranks near the top of my families favourites.
The minute we walked through the door it was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing and was very welcoming (little touches like the lamps being left on when we arrived just as it was starting to go dark).
The beds were extremely comfortable (I'm actually missing the bed I slept in as for the first time in a long time I hadn't been waking up with back ache), and the villa was spacious enough that we weren't all getting on top of one another.
The location is great; there aren't many communities better located for getting to the theme parks without spending hours of your holiday sat on the I4 (if you know, you know).
Of course the pool was nice (again, extremely clean) but the best bit of the villa for us was the games room. As I said, we've stayed in many villas - some with games rooms, some without - but this is the only villa we've stayed in that has aircon in the games room, which made being in there really comfortable. We spent many, many hours in there as a family, laughing and making memories, and we all miss it so much - so much so that the kids now want a pool table at home. (The fact I beat my husband 12 games to 10 over the curse of our stay has no reflection on my opinion of this)
Finally a special thanks to the owner, Emma; She is super friendly, super helpful and was incredibly understanding when we had to make changes to our reservation a couple of months before going. Not many owners are this understanding and it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you xx

We stayed at Gleneagles Drive for 3 weeks in July and absolutely loved it! Couldn't fault anything about the villa, place is spotless and in a great location. Exactly like the pictures. Pool gets the sun all day which we loved and having the covered terrace outside was a lovely place to escape from the sun when needed or at night to relax. Our children loved the games room! The owners have literally thought of everything you may need, Emma and Nick are great with communication, thanks guys! We will be back. PS Pillows are amazing and do not sit on the sofa unless you want to fall asleep as it's so comfortable :-)

This was the perfect family vacation! Our boys absolutely LOVED the pool and did NOT want to leave. There was an abundance of towels which was very convenient and the game room was a hit! If you have the chance, Jennifer's place is top notch! There was even Clorox wipes, cleaners and rags and broom and vacuum accessible to guests.

Just come home from staying at Gleneagles Drive Villa. Had a great 11 nights stay here.
Absolutely spotless.
The villa is a credit to Nick & Emma. We had no issues whatsoever. Emma checked in on us to make sure our holiday was going well.
The villa is very well equipped, lots of towels, facecloths and pool towels etc. Games room was a hit with my children, snooker table & Xbox, just great for a bit of their own time.
The pool area was so nice to sit and enjoy the sunshine with a drink, it's just so quiet and peaceful.
Ideal location for Disney Parks, supermarkets etc, never stuck for eating places too. For the icecream lovers, you must try Twistee Treat not far from the villa, all sorts of flavours, and a choice of cone/cups.
We will definitely return.

It was a pleasure to call this place home for 14 days. The home is in beautiful condition with Disney inspired decor, but done very tastefully. It was perfect. The house was clean and clutter free and very welcoming.
The pool was a good size and a hit with our children, it's in great shape.There is plenty of deck space and clean chairs to soak up that warm Florida sun. Quiet neighborhood that overlooked a grassy area and part of the golf course.
The kitchen stocked a plastic set of dishes so we were able to celebrate our twin's birthday on the patio between swims, such a treat!
Great location, easy to get to tourist attractions, many restaurants to choose from and off the main road far enough that you feel like you're in a gated community even though you're not.
Jennifer is excellent host. Very responsive and understanding. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this AirBnB hosted by Jennifer.

What a vacation at Gleanegles Drive 557!
My wife and my adult son spent 2 weeks in early november at Gleneagles Drive 557. When we arrived in the evening, we found the villa exactly as in the pictures provided. Even the cushions and decorations were perfectly in place. Soft lights were turned on. The villa really invited us to come in.
The cleanliness was outstanding. Even though it was evening, I had to take a look at the pool and put my toes in. It was warm as arranged.
The location of the villa is outstanding. It is located within the golf community of Highlands Reserve. The villas are in small subdivisions of which Gleaneagles has the best location as it is literally in the middle of the golf area. The location is amazingly tranquill. No traffic can be seen or heard except a handful of cars a day or so. And still everything is very close by car. The location is perfect for shopping and for theme park visits.
The villa has no front neighbours and an amazing view which can be enjoyed from sunrise to sunset. As I am usually up in the morning before my family, I sat at the covered lanai watching the sunrise from there.
We were looking specifically for a villa south facing to be able to enjoy the sun in late fall. During summer time I guess some additional shades may be helpful
The villa is well equipped and well maintained. We love to cook during our vacation and everything required is available in the kitchen. If something is missing, there is a Dollar Tree right across the street.
During our stay we had a power outage in the whole community. The owner and their local partner were very responsive and helpful. Also a little problem with one toilet showed up, which was solved within a few hours. Thumbs up!
I could write a whole essay about the house and our stay, coming from the nicely themed bedrooms, the gaming room with the pool billiard table, the great pool, the amazing location, and so on.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was exactly as described. We liked the subtle nod to Disney/Universal, but it wasn't over the top. LOTS of towels and extra linens/blankets; beds were very firm. We loved having the gate around the pool; we felt comfortable letting our kids play out there without having to be right there with them.House was super clean and updated and very close to grocery stores and about 20-25 mins from Disney property.

We had a fabulous stay! The house was in perfect condition, even after just having a hurricane go through! It was perfectly cleaned and appointed with some amazing wow touches! The host was so friendly and responsive to every need. The pool was extra great! The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space inside and out! We cooked to save money, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend and definitely would stay again!
