Lush, tropical landscaping and palm trees were just added around the pool to enhance privacy and ensure that you feel that tropical vacation vibe that brought you to Florida.

The third bedroom features two twin-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has a new twin over full-size bunkbed.

The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower/bathtub.

All bedrooms are furnished with premium furniture and have TVs, ceiling fans, USB outlets, dimmable lighting, and alarm clocks for your convenience.

The south-facing Owner’s suite and twin bedroom are equipped with 100% blackout curtains.

In all bedrooms, you will sleep on allergen-protected mattresses with luxurious sheets to ensure a satisfying night's sleep for all.

The new, enormous 70” flat screen 4K Roku TV offers cable TV and the ability to easily stream from your favorite subscription apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Disney+.
You can even stream from your phone via AirPlay or Chromecast.

We just installed a new WIFI 6 mesh system so that your family can enjoy super-fast broadband internet speeds in every corner of the house and even out on the lanai.

Our upload and download speeds are 250 Mbps or faster.
Folding desks are available for your convenience if you need to “work from home” one day. But hopefully you don’t!

Lightwater Villa enjoys a spacious dining area including a breakfast bar and a beautiful glass dining table.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the cookware, tools and utensils that you need to prepare anything from a snack to a delicious multi-course dinner.
We just added a Keurig single serve coffee maker in case you need a quick sip.

Unlike most Disney area vacation homes, Lightwater Villa is regularly used as a family home by its owners for a few months each year.

With each visit, the owners update the home, add new amenities, and redecorate.

The rest of the year, property manager Home of America meticulously maintains the property.

This is one vacation home rental that you will surely say “looks better than photos!”
Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
