The Lake is accessible from edge of the property and small boats are allowed.

The 2 Master bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms
One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the secondary master is upstairs.
Separate breakfast room, ceiling fans, games room.
Only 12 minutes to Walt Disney World, with only 1 traffic light in between.
Close to restaurants, shopping, Publix grocery store, and reunion resort golf courses.
Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat and hot tub can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

Property
Our villa was lovely, the view every morning over the lake was delightful.
The pool area is very private, since the neighbours are locals - not tourists. It was also very quiet. Rooms were all immaculate and the kitchen area well stocked.
Only very minor quibble is that the pool table needs replacing (but that is very minor).
Only 5 mins to I4 and into Orlando - or around 15 mins to Disney or Walmart- so very convenient.
There are a few local shops a 2 min drive away - so convenient as well.
Main complaint would be - never found an alligator in the lake - or saw the Bear that had been in the area - Though did receive a visit from a family of Raccoons which much appreciated by my youngest!
Overall - would definitely book the Villa again and look forward to doing so in a couple of years.

2 week stay at this beautiful villa wished it was longer. Best villa we have stayed in. The view over the lake was so lovely and even more great when the resident Alligator came to say hello. 4 bed Villa - normally we can find some faults when we stay in villas but here there were none. Everything in working order. 10 pool chairs plus 4 loungers not one broken. Pool lovely and warm, hot tub was great. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Living area very comfortable and spacious. Wall has been knocked down that separates dining table and lounge so now open which is fabulous. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels. Lovely Harry Potter themed room. Area is lovely and quiet. Non gated community but felt safe.
