Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per day plus taxes.
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

5 Stars. Perfect Family Home.
This is our second time renting this home! The house is extremely clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe! The house is well stocked with towels and the kitchen is well stocked too! There is only one thing I would do differently. If the temps are lower, I would see if I could pay to have the pool heat turned on 2 days prior. I would 100% gladly pay extra to get the pool warmer faster!Thanks again for a wonderful stay! Our family had such a wonderful family vacation and this home was a huge part of that!

The place was very clean, spacious, safe, peaceful.
If you visit during cold times and want to use the pool make sure to request to turn on the heat for the pool at least a day in advance.

Beautiful home in a gated community near Disney World. Garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, foosball table and dart board which was a nice added bonus!
Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Also, the home has smart tvs throughout which was nice for watching Disney+ or Netflix. Owner was very responsive and super accommodating. Wiff definitely stay again the next time we visit Disney.

We go to Florida every year and this is the best place we've ever stopped at. The location was perfect for all the Disney attractions, the gated community was lovely and quiet and the house was gorgeous. Impeccably clean, finished to a high standard and great pool for our family of 5. We also loved the valet trash collection (so we didn't need to remember the collection days). We had a slight problem with the sink, which was fixed immediately - the host was excellent and we had nothing to complain about. We went at the end of March and first week in April and the pool was a good temperature when heated during the day. It started to get cold around 3pm which was a little earlier than we expected, even though we knew the weather could affect it (we thought it'd run warm until 5pm when we were told it was set to and then start cooling, but at 3pm we could feel the jets were no longer pushing warm water through, so we couldn't go in the pool after a day at the parks). We would definitely stop here again if it's available.

We came to the house a little skeptical because there were no reviews and we were the first ones to rent it. We called the host and they guaranteed that we wouldnt be disappointed. We came to a house that was not just perfect, but also warm, full of Xmas decorations and a gorgeous Xmas tree. It was clean and exactly how it was shown in photos, in fact better. American Homes did a fantastic job preparing the house. Thanks for accommodating our requests and for the excellent customer service. Gratitude and Happy New Year. December 2021.

High Grove is a fantastic gated community, it has 164 villas in Mediterranean style, lovely red tiled roofs, cream exterior walls and block paved pools making it unique in both style and appearance.
High Grove is in a great location situated on Highway 27 at the junction of the 192, 6 miles to Disney or approximately a 10 minute drive.
