The porch welcomes you and your family to this lovely townhome situated on a corner lot with plenty of windows and natural light.
It features 3 individual bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
All bedrooms furnished with very comfortable memory foam mattresses and smart TV's.
Laundry, kitchen, living room, dining room and a rear patio with a heated pool (optional, additional costs apply) and a grill for your enjoyment.
The house has tile flooring in common areas and carpet in all bedrooms.
Downstairs the house offers one bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom that can also be used as a powder room.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and features modern appliances and a waterfall granite countertop that can be used for meals.
In the open concept living room you can enjoy a 65-inch smart TV and rest in a reclinable massage chair.
Outside you will find the heated pool area where you can enjoy your barbecue seating on the patio wooden table.
Upstairs the house offers the master bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious balcony overlooking a beautiful and peaceful landscape and a comfortable private bathroom with dual sinks.
Before reaching the other bedroom, you have the laundry for your convenience.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a desk if you need some space for work.
It also features a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The high-speed internet is reachable from the entire house, with over 200 Mbps so you can be connected with all your personal devices.
It is located at the peaceful and quiet Silver Creek Community, about 20 minutes from Disney parks and just minutes away from Walmart, Publix, restaurants, shopping and more.
The Community common area has a nice pool, spa, gym, game room and a playground that can be enjoyed by the guests
Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

5 Stars.
Property lived up to the photos. Very new and clean. Everything you need in the kitchen with a large living/dining area and lovely outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again!
Community - Serenity at Silver Creek
The quiet and peaceful community of Silver Creek is located in a centre of natural woodland ponds and small lakes.
The entrance to the community is via Woodcrest Way which comes off Highway 27 just one mile north of the junction with the famous 192, which forms the main artery of the tourist community in the Orlando / Kissimmee area, making it an extremely convenient location.
