Family bathroom has an upgraded tiled shower stall, basin and WC. 
The family living area is bright and comfortable and has a sectional sofa, TV and patio doors to the pool area. 
There is a dining area seating 4 and 4 bar stools around the kitchen counter.  
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, pantry and large American fridge/freezer. 
Utility area with washer and dryer. 
Outside there is a fully screened in pool and spa with a good-sized patio deck with patio table seating 6 and 2 sun loungers. Free secured WIFI for you to use
Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
