This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condo is located in the world renowned Reunion Resort just minutes from Disney, and other Orlando attractions sleeps 6 people.
This 1600 sq ft first floor villa has easy access and all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests enjoy membership privileges to tennis courts, other condo pools and 3 world famous golf courses.
Adjacent to the backyard patio of the property is a swimming pool and splash pad for the children.
Guests have access to 3 world famous golf courses, swimming pools, work out gym, and tennis courts. There are additional fees for golf and the tennis courts.
We are available for all your holiday needs.
Our villa is within 10 mins of Disney World, and Outlet mall shopping.
There is an Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Jack Nicklaus golf courses on site.
There is ample parking directly in front of condo.
This is a very well furnished condo especially for young families with the splash pad and adjacent swimming pool.
You can stay for less than a luxury hotel.
Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. * Extras such as welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
* Please note there is no access for guests to use the water park.

The condo is in a great location. The kiddos loved the pool and splash pad. So convenient to just walk like out your door to the pool. Close to Disney and sea world. Grocery store short 15 min drive. This right us perfect. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Definitely would stay again Thanks Lisa

I stayed during spring break and it was great. I would stay here again. Clean, comfortable and I used the google home everyday. There are two pools a footsteps away from the home. Home is exactly like the photos.
Community - Reunion
The Reunion Resort is located just off the Old Lake Wilson Road, 3 miles south of the I-4 highway just 10 minutes from the Disney theme parks. With an abundance of community facilities, which include 11 swimming pools, 3 golf courses and 6 restaurants there is plenty to do for the entire family. Please note that not all villas have access to all facilities on Reunion - please contact us for further details.
