LAUREL ESTATES IS A BRAND NEW COMMUNITY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 27 IN DAVENPORT near Champions Gate and just a couple of minutes drive from the I4 junction.

Guests staying here will have convenient access to all of the major area attractions including Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Highway 192 and International Drive areas.

* Pool heat can be added to your booking at a cost $40 per night if required or $90 per night in the winter for a 24 hour runtime

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation

* Extras such as Welcome Pack, BBQ hire, baby monitor, cot, stroller and highchair are available and can be made available through our Management Company for a small additional fee.   Please ask for details.
