* Pool heat can be added to your booking at a cost $40 per night if required or $90 per night in the winter for a 24 hour runtime
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as Welcome Pack, BBQ hire, baby monitor, cot, stroller and highchair are available and can be made available through our Management Company for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Me and my family enjoy staying here over the Fourth of July weekend . The home is very beautiful just like the pictures describe and the kids and I loved the pool and the hot tub. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful .Everything was great. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

House was amazing and even better than pictures which never happens. Close to our grandparents, golfing and Disney. Pool was to die for wish I could of taken it with me. House was very clean and very nice rooms were very spread out which was nice and 3 full baths was great. Absolutely loved the house. Would suggest better instructions for how TV and remotes work but we figured it out eventually.
