This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has plenty of space and the added draw of a games room and it's own pool and spa as well as a balcony where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening sundowner. 

This gated luxury resort and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. This home will provide you and your family with an abundance of luxury amenities leaving you well-equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. The common areas for the fitness center and community pool are available for a small daily fee.
Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Additional Fees:   Please note there is a fee to use the Community Amenities in Providence.

Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay.
 
Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempted from this fee and they must be accompanied by an adult.
 
This fee will only apply if short-term guests decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground.
 
Each short-term guest will have option to pay weekly fee of $40 per person instead of paying the daily fee of $10 per person (guests will be given a color wristband for weekly rental).
