Our beautiful superior villa is situated on the gated community of 'The Sanctuary' on West Haven, just 12 mins away from Disney.

West Haven is a beautifully manicured development popular with holiday renters due to the quiet serene surroundings.

Our luxurious villa boasts 4 bedrooms consisting of 1 Master, with huge en-suite, 2 walk-in wardrobes and balcony with breathtaking views of the conservation area.

A further 2 good sized bedrooms with Queen beds and also a twin 'Winnie The Pooh' character room.

The villa has two downstairs open plan living rooms, luxury fitted kitchen, dining area, games room with a pool table, fuzzball and electronic double basketball net.

We have a wonderful south-east facing pool and spa which can be illuminated in the evening.
The patio area is furnished with sun loungers, table, chairs and a gas BBQ.

There is also an outside restroom facility.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
