This awesome modern home has a new owner. It has been fully renovated. Everything is new. It has all the bells and whistles.
This large home offers an amazing open floor plan.

Fully equipped kitchen with a large eat-on peninsula that seats 4 with a separate large dining room area which seats 6.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need for that yummy family breakfast or preparing dinner at home. There is an air fryer-toaster oven, Ninja blender, coffee maker, electric kettle etc... It has all the bells and whistles.

The home consists of 2 separate living rooms with a huge 70 inch and 65 inch TV's on the walls. All the tv's in the home are smart tv's. There are HDMI cords already in place for you to bring your Playstations or Xboxes.  

This grand home has 5 amazing bedrooms. The king size oversized primary bedroom has a very private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower, huge walk-in closet and a 65 inch flat screen TV wall mounted. The 2nd primary bedroom has a queen size and also has a 65 inch flat screen TV on the wall as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom is a kids paradise with bunk beds as well as a tv on the wall.  The 5th bedroom is a queen size and yes a tv.  This awesome bright home sleep's up to 10 comfortably. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a central air conditioning system throughout the house.

There is free secured WIFI included throughout the whole home and pool area. There is cable TV,  a pack-n-play, high chair & stroller for the small ones available so you don't have to travel with all the extra stuff.

We have our own private swimming pool and spa area with outside space benefits from patio loungers and furniture to ensure our guests can relax and take full advantage of the Florida sunshine. The whole rear pool deck is fully screened in. We do have pool door alarms, so that you can relax with your smaller children in our villa.

There is also a house alarm for you to use. The security system on this home is top of the line and we will make all the door and alarm codes the numbers you request to make your stay with us easier.  

We are located in the amazing gated community of the famous Solana resorts. We are located ONLY 4 miles from DISNEY properties and other major attractions.  The amazing Club house has a full size pool table, small games, arcades for the kids, an amazing workout gym, volleyball courts, mini golf putting greens, and playgrounds.  an amazing large outside pool and Spa with an awesome Tiki bar which sells food and adult drinks :)  There are Cabanas also available for you to use.  There is a family restaurant/bar right outside the gated community and shops (Walmart, grocery stores, Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, etc...) bars and restaurants within a few minutes distance. Literally everything you could want and need are just short drives away.

If location is your top priority, this vacation villa will get you closer to all that the area has to offer than anywhere else. Within minutes, you’ll be at the entrance to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. Plus, this vacation home is conveniently located to 192 and I-4 bringing you to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea World within a short 20 minute drive.

Shopping and restaurants are just around the corner including Super Target, Publix Supermarket, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, and so much more too list.  So come make some magical memories with us...

Please note:

2 cars can park in the driveway.  Street parking is permitted as well. 

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.


 *Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 10 in the home (additional costs apply for the 2 extra guests).
