The interior of the home offers a spacious floor plan including 2 master en suites, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The living room is impressive with 2 story ceilings making the space feel welcoming and bright and has an open floor plan to the kitchen and nook area.
There is a formal dining room as well as eating space in the kitchen.
Upstairs the home has one master ensuite and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
This is a perfect home to rent out as it has plenty of space to accommodate multiple families.
There are few homes in this community which can boast a south facing pool and are close to the clubhouse.
Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259 . $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Amazing stay
Wow, this property is truly awesome! We had a group of 8 adults and 2 kids for our stay and there was plenty of room. The outdoor amenities are the best Ive seen in Florida. We spent almost all our time in the pool or lounging or in the outdoor sitting area. The patio furniture was super clean and so comfortable. The house was extremely clean and check in was a breeze. The kitchen and dining area were nice and the living room easily accommodated our large group. Oh, and there are TVs everywhere, I think I counted 8 in total, which was nice at night and on our one rainy day. We had a minor issue on our last day, and the property manager literally responded within a minute on a Saturday morning. Truly great service!! The community of Solana was great. The mini putt was a huge plus for the kids, we were there everyday. Everyone in the community was friendly and the staff at the clubhouse were very nice to us and the kids. Also fairly close to everything, Wal-Mart and Publix a short 10 minute drive away. Thanks for such a great week!!! Hope we can come back!!

Enjoyable Florida getaway
Enjoyable Florida getaway. This was our sixth time in Solana Resort. As always we had a wonderful wonderful time, felt very safe, and extremely comfortable. We will be looking to visit again soon.
