With regards to the villa: - the location was perfect - the layout was lovely - the pool and pool heating were fantastic - the children loved the games room and the Mickey bedroom - the internet was really good Overall, the villa was perfect for us and I think that we will definitely be booking it again in the future!!

Had a great week at Julie's place. The pool and spa were super relaxing and all amenities were available as described. We felt right at home. Check-in instructions were clean and Julie was super responsive to any inquiries I had. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved the villa and our time spent there. It was extremely spacious, clean and very homely/cosy, whilst still being very modern in comparison to other villas which we looked at. It had every single thing we could think of needing which made our trip even more enjoyable - the hosts really have thought of everything that a guest would need. The rooms were all a really lovely size and we had all the amenities we could think of. The pool was also a big plus for us - it was a lovely size and perfect for our family of 6. We loved how the pool was not overlooked by any other villas which was a big plus for us. We loved how the villa was close to everything including supermarkets, gift shops, restaurants and the Disney parks and only a short drive from the airport. We felt the villa was an ideal location. On another note, the service we have been provided by Homes of America has also been great. The customer service was excellent, with quiet communication when needed. The whole process was so seamless and easy, again making our stay perfect. Thank-you for such a lovely stay and we hope we can return very soon!

We were referred in to HOA (Homes of America) and were a little nervous about booking direct. However we were so well looked after by the team, that all ours fears were quashed, and when we arrived at our villa we were delighted with it. Perfect for our party of 11. Great space, lovely pool, well equipped and great service. Had a problem with the washing machine which was immediately dealt with and the maintenance team could not have been more helpful. Thank you HOA we will certainly be booking with you again.

The villa was excellent - just as we had expected from the photos of it on the website. It was super clean and had everything that we wanted. We had a problem initially signing onto the website but the Management company was very helpful and gave us instructions on how to fix the problem.

Modernized Villa. Excellent villa in brilliant location. We have stayed in the estate multiple times now in the last few years. This villa has been updated to include more modern amenities than others we have stayed at. The villa also had an excellent standard of cleanliness. Communication with host was also spot on.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay! I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the home we stayed in while visiting Clermont, Florida. As someone who is very particular about where I stay and the overall quality, I can honestly say I had zero issues with this beautiful home. The house was spotless, and we didnt see a single bugwhich is one of the first things we check for when staying at an Airbnb. The pool was amazing, the home was spacious, and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. While the surrounding area is clearly growing with new developments, the community itself feels private and calm. Without a doubt, I would stay in this home again!

Just come home from staying at Gleneagles Drive Villa. Had a great 11 nights stay here. Absolutely spotless. The villa is a credit to Nick & Emma. We had no issues whatsoever. Emma checked in on us to make sure our holiday was going well. The villa is very well equipped, lots of towels, facecloths and pool towels etc. Games room was a hit with my children, snooker table & Xbox, just great for a bit of their own time. The pool area was so nice to sit and enjoy the sunshine with a drink, it's just so quiet and peaceful. Ideal location for Disney Parks, supermarkets etc, never stuck for eating places too. For the icecream lovers, you must try Twistee Treat not far from the villa, all sorts of flavours, and a choice of cone/cups. We will definitely return. Thank you again, Nick & Emma.

We had a great stay in this villa. It was perfectly located, clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the pool and games room and we had a wonderful family vacation. We will definitely be back!!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The villa was very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. The children loved the pool and the games room. The setting was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife around the lake. The air conditioning broke down the day before we travelled home but the engineer came and fixed it within a few hours.

Having 3 children, it was great to have all bedrooms on 1 floor. lovely children's movie space which was great when they needed to cool down. Staff were fabulous on the gate of the community. communication was great from Lynn throughout! Would definitely use again.

Great property perfect for our two families and kids ranging between 8 and 14. Property as pictured and all communication with property manager was quick and clear.

5 Stars. Loved every minute of our stay! Super clean, pool is beautiful & the scenery is even more beautiful. Definitely need to stock up on paper towels, wipes, dish soap, detergent pods, etc. but that's normal! Hosts were super responsive & proactive - the only hiccup is the door handle to enter gets a little tricky to work with but super minor issue. 10/10 would definitely stay again

Outstanding. We've just home from 3 weeks staying at this Villa. It was perfect. They had everything you needed and more. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Location is perfect if you want to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns but close enough to drive to Disney. The communication from the owner Julie was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay again.

We have had the best time in the villa. Everything you could want is there, from the pool to the games room and all the facilities in between. Spacious and well decorated, we loved our stay and I would highly recommend it. The neighbourhood is lovely with a security gate at the front and an additional communal pool located on site.
