The bathroom boasts a double-sized shower, garden tub, separate WC, and a twin-sink vanity with quartz countertops.

The front-facing queen bedroom offers superb comfort, featuring a leather headboard, stylish mirrored bedside cabinets, a roomy dresser, closet, and a 55-inch smart TV. 

Continuing into the home, you'll find a separate six-seater formal dining area.
In addition to this, a breakfast nook with pool and golf course views complements the open-plan kitchen, creating the perfect setting for family gatherings.

The expansive kitchen, fully stocked with essentials including crockery, pots, pans, utensils, and silverware, features upgraded stainless steel appliances. 
For coffee enthusiasts, the kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, and all the necessary accoutrements.

The main living area, adjacent to the kitchen, offers two large sofas with an ottoman, a 75-inch TV mounted on a luxurious signature wall, and patio access to the pool and deck area.

Moving to the rear of the home, you'll find a serene queen bedroom with an ensuite, delightfully adorned with Mickey Mouse-themed decor for Disney aficionados.

If you're eager to experience a taste of Diagon Alley without the wait at Universal Studios, our Harry Potter bedroom features four bunks adorned with the four Hogwarts houses, each courtesy of Pottery Barn. The room is equipped with a 32-inch smart TV, complete with enchanting Harry Potter decor.

For those seeking a faster-paced adventure, our Lightning McQueen room is sure to rev up your dreams. Young racers can enjoy their own 32-inch smart TV while surrounded by their favorite Cars movie-themed decor.

Our newly designed (2023) games room awaits your enjoyment, featuring upgraded epoxy flooring and Super Mario-themed walls. Engage in friendly competition with games of pool, foosball, air hockey, and basketball while watching TV.

If you're in the mood for a more relaxed experience, ascend to our upstairs haven, featuring an 85-inch TV screen, blackout curtains, and a comfortable sofa in our Star Wars-themed movie room—an enclave designed especially for Jedi enthusiasts to unwind and immerse themselves in the galaxy far, far away.

The generously expanded pool deck offers ample outdoor space, complete with four luxurious loungers and an eight-person dining table. Both the pool and spa are equipped with underwater lighting and can be heated at an extra charge during cooler seasons. 

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

Please confirm at point of reservation

Great home in a great location. Had an issue with temperature but management responded swiftly and fixed the problem. Home was well-kept and the location was conveniently located. I would definitely recommend it.

5 Stars. We stayed at the property for 2 weeks in Oct 23 and really enjoyed the experience. Everything was just as described, with many new appliances and everything in the villa being very clean and tidy. The location within Highlands Reserve is also excellent, with great views of the golf course and sunshine into the pool area for most of the day. At the end of our stay we wished we could have remained for an extra week, but we hope to come back & visit again soon.

Having been to Florida previously and also stayed on the same part of Highlands Reserve before this is a great modernised property thats accurately reflected in the photographs for the property The house was clean and tidy along with the pool and hot tub and would have no hesitation in booking the property again in the future
