The villa comprises of Six bedrooms and four and a half baths over two floors.

Downstairs:
Family area, Kitchen, Games room, master bedroom for the infirm or the disabled person (one king bed with Tempurpedic mattress), en-suite roll-in shower and separate bath for the handicapped. 

Six bedrooms (Two bedrooms with Queen size beds, and Two bedrooms with Two Twin size beds each and one Master suite (King size bed), master en-suite bathroom and shower, and another King room.

Two family bathrooms.

Pool and Spa Area: Screened 28' x 14' swimming pool with oversized 21' x 40' pool deck.

An elaborate, spacious 6,700 sqft clubhouse encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, fitness center and a large inviting gathering room.
Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a large pool, picnic area, children’s playground, and basketball and volleyball courts.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
