Welcome to our family villa “home from home” located on the prestigious Mission Park private gated community, and only 15 minutes to the Disney Parks and so many of those essential variety of shops, malls, eateries, bars etc and is here to help you build memories that last a lifetime.

The beautifully appointed luxury 4bed/3bath villa sleeps up to 8 people.

We have made this home a fantastic accommodation for families coming together for their holidays and vacations.
Four Bedrooms

The 4 bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind, with TV’s and closet wardrobes and even more storage in all of them.

We offer 2 generous and spacious Master Bedrooms, with King beds and large en-suite bathrooms in each, and two twin bedrooms, plus further bathroom.

One Master Bedroom is complete with an en-suite, incorporating huge walk-in shower, and separate wash basin vanity unit, and the other Master Bedroom also has an en-suite, complete with a large corner bath with shower, and twin wash basins with a large vanity mirror.

There are closet built in wardrobes in each bedroom and each has a television. The other 2 bedrooms both have 2 twin beds in each, together with closet built in wardrobes and TVs and bathroom / shower unit

Pool and extended patio lanai area

The very spacious 14' x 30' pool and large patio area and sun deck is fully screened, faces south-west and backs onto lovely woodland conservation, ensuring complete privacy.
There are no homes directly behind the villa simply the lush greenery and large covered mesh lanai is perfect for entertaining, alfresco dining, swimming or sunbathing with relaxing patio furniture & sun loungers, and a new day bed facility.

After a long day exploring and enjoying what the Orlando area has to offer - it is here you can retreat to and relax, watch and listen to the wonderful pool waterfall, with underwater lighting and entertain whilst admiring the breathtaking stunning sunsets.

As you will see from the pictures, the home has been finished to the highest possible standard for the enjoyment of all our guests.

For added security there is a safety fence provided to stop young children getting near to the pool when unsupervised.

The pool and deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and any bugs out.

Other rooms and amenities

The property has been designed and furnished as a real “home away from home" with all the facilities you would require;

Kitchen - the large modern fully-fitted kitchen has a separate pantry / larder, breakfast bar, with stools, whilst opening up into adjoining dining area, with formal table and chairs.
The kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a large selection of glassware, crockery and cutlery and coffee machine.

The Living Room is furnished with a large flat screen television and a dvd player, with 3 large comfort sofa’s.

All linens and towels are provided for the convenience of our guests.

If you need to do any laundry, we have a separate in-house room of both a high capacity washing machine and a tumble dryer, together with ironing equipment.

In House Entertainment

We have installed TVs in all bedrooms and main living room, and everything else you would expect to make your vacation hassle free.

For entertainment in the home, it has been equipped with WiFi internet access and a purpose-built upgraded Games Room with a Pool Table, a Foosball Table, darts board, bar football and bar stools, all on new cushioned flooring.

There is free use of the telephone for local and national calls.

Our home is fully air conditioned and large enough for an extended family or even two families coming together for fun holiday’s and vacations.

Mission Park Community Amenities

Our Guests enjoying a stay at Mission Park, get full use of the community amenities.

There is a community pool with cabana where you can laze in the warm Florida sun and mix with other vacationers, if you wish. There is a basketball area and a small kids “tot-lot” playground area to keep the tots occupied if a day at the park is not enough.

Local Destinations

Located so close to Disney theme parks, several local golf courses and the other major attractions of the area, there is plenty of excitement to be had. Our house is located just off US27 approximately one mile north of US192 and 10 minutes from Interstate 4.

It is approximately 15 minutes to the gates of Walt DisneyWorld and 25 minutes to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards and 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport.

Other Florida attractions including, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center are within easy driving distance. For the beach lovers, the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts can be reached in around the hour mark.

Disney World isn't the only nearby amenity... there are other theme parks, numerous golf courses, world class freshwater fishing, equestrian facilities, shopping centers, restaurants, medical facilities and Northeast Regional Park, a public park with soccer fields, American Football fields, baseball fields, a playground, a boat ramp and a picnic area.

Please note that in the interests of all our future guests no pets are welcome.
Smoking inside our villa or on the pool deck is not permitted.

An alarm has been fitted for extra security.

Homes of America are our friendly local 24x7 Management Company and they are in charge of the maintenance of the property and pool, as well as being on hand to help with any problems you may have during your stay.

Ian’s villa is a lovely home from home, it’s kept clean and very tidy. It has all of the facilities needed, including utensils for home cooking as well as China & plastic crockery. The beds were very comfy, there were plenty of towels provided too. The pool area is well maintained and fenced for safety, it backs onto the natural wildlife which was very important to us. The location is ideal, as we did not want to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of international drive, however it was close enough to drive to for food etc! We highly recommend this villa as a base for your Orlando stay.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
