We have two large lounge/living areas for you to relax in.
The kitchen: With the luxury of space, ample work surfaces in granite, quality appliances and equipment, the kitchen offers everything you need to make home cooking and entertainment a pleasure. Your own state of the art kitchen for when you want to have a change and “eat in”. This kitchen is superbly equipped with every modern convenience, including an American style fridge/freezer and ice machine, a small additional fridge which is great for cooling beers or wine, a large modern oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric kettle and a waffle maker.
The indoor dining table, with leather chairs, comfortably seats up to 12 people and is a real show-piece. It has great views overlooking the pool area, but being indoors the air-conditioning ensures a cool, comfortable temperature for when you want it, or for the occasions when you want a more formal meal together. It is the perfect place to dine when you want a change from eating al fresco.
All bedrooms are upstairs.
The six- bedroom accommodation comprises two king suites, two queen suites, one twin-bedded room and one bunk-bed room. The king and queen suites each have adjoining bathrooms. The twin bedroom and bunk bedroom share a bathroom although access is through their own separate doors. The king and queen bedrooms have integral ceiling fans/lights.
All bedding is provided and the beds are beautifully made up with clean, high quality and stylish linen before you arrive. Each bedroom has its own 32” TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime video app.
Each bathroom is equipped with its own hair dryer, so that everyone can get ready quickly in the mornings to help you make the most of your valuable time.
Every bathroom has a shower, all of which have been upgraded to quality units with doors.
There are also two baths in the villa, found in the two master bathrooms, a must for families with children still too young for a shower.
A washing machine, separate tumble drier, iron and ironing board are located on the vast landing area upstairs.
A large games room complete with pool table, air hockey, electronic darts and table football, a wall mounted 40“ Samsung HD TV and Bluetooth sound bar. With two raised bar stools and table there is a welcome spot for sitting and enjoying a drink while watching all the fun. 
The 30’ x 15’ oversized pool (max depth 5’) with spa (hot tub) have inbuilt flood lighting for the evenings. There are also solar lights around the decking area which come on when it is dark and help create a lovely setting for your evenings outside by the pool.

There is a pool safety fence in place for the protection of children. The pool decking is larger than that at many villas and has been extended to make most of the sunshine as well as offering more space for the range and layout of the outside furniture.
Available all year round, Watersong is surrounded by lakes, forest and wildlife. The villa is located just 25 minutes drive to Disney World and is perfectly placed for exploring the wealth of attractions that Orlando has to offer such as Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Legoland, golf courses and top class shopping.
Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
