The home has two dining areas offering versatile dining options and a luxury open plan family lounge with a 65 inch flat screen HD TV for the family to enjoy.

There is an additional family sitting area on the ground floor with 2 sofas plus a Nook on the first floor landing with a two seater sofa which can convert to additional sleeping if needed.

All five bedrooms have a flat screen TV with full cable access and ceiling fans in each room offering additional ventilation for your comfort.

Free high speed WIFI is available throughout the property and the two car garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, air hockey and Foosball table and has two 52 inch ceiling fans for the added comfort of a cool breeze..

The Disney Costumes in the house have been provided for the enjoyment of our young guests.

They are very welcome to wear a costume around the home or even into Disney, all the that we ask is that you take care of the costume and wash and return it to the hanger after use so that other young guest can continue to enjoy.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
