This is not a standard rental home!

It is in a prime, enviable location within Tuscan Hills a small, impressive, Mediterranean style gated community in a private and peaceful setting; yet within a heartbeat of Orlando's renowned sporting and entertainment attractions.

Although the owners of other 5 bedroom villas often accommodate 12 guests this is not the experience that we wish for our guests.

Our villa can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and this is the maximum that we accept.

It has 5 large double bedrooms; 4 bathrooms; (3 en-suite)

A large fan cooled Games Room featuring a 7ft pool table, 7ft air hockey table, electronic basketball, foozball table and soft tip darts.

The villa has a generous 26ft by 13ft pool and 7ft Jacuzzi / Spa, both featuring a colorsplash light show for you to enjoy whilst dining al fresco on our Lanai.

Our villa looks out towards pine trees and has a south facing pool and spa which benefits from all day sunshine whilst the covered Lanai allows you to escape from the heat for a while if you so choose.

There is only one other villa adjacent to it which affords it a greater degree of privacy than you will get with most other villas.

Guests are ideally located for the Disney attractions, local golf courses, the east and west coastal resorts and nightlife.

Animal Kingdom is literally 10 minutes drive away!

The nearest shops and restaurants are 2 minutes drive south down Highway 27 from the villa, door to door!

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

We are willing at times to discount our prices for 3 weeks or more or for a late booking or to fill a gap in our availability calendar.

Please note that in the interests of all our future guests no pets are welcome, nor parties of all males / females or young persons under 21 years of age.

Smoking inside our villa is not permitted. Our home is not suitable for the use of a barbeque.
