Our villa is located on the prestigious gated community of WaterSong, just 30 minutes from Orlando International airport. It is in a peaceful location to the South of Walt Disney World, close to the Interstate 4, making you perfectly located for swift and easy access to ALL the attractions. You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities such as petrol station, bank, and supermarkets. Dining, shopping and entertainment are conveniently close too.
Set in a conservation area, WaterSong offers a tranquil retreat from the hectic theme parks. The villa is set on a large plot with NO BACK NEIGHBOURS; you will be able to relax in or around the huge pool in privacy, with only nature as your back neighbour!
Close proximity to ALL Orlando's world-class attractions, exceptional shopping, easy access to Interstate 4 and numerous top notch golf courses makes WaterSong the perfect venue for your Florida dream vacation.
PROPERY DESCRIPTION
Our stunning, privately owned, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, pool home, accommodates up to 12 people (10+ 2 infants) in contemporary designer luxury (no uncomfortable sofa bed in this home!). The contemporary interior is professionally designed providing quality, chic styling with all the comforts of home.
The villa is a Mediterranean style home designed with generous open living areas and benefiting from 3 master suites, each with en suite facilities, making it ideal for a single family or two families sharing.
This property is fully and luxuriously equipped with many FREE extras (many you possibly wouldn't even have thought of!)
POOL AREA
Our villa features a fabulous private, south facing, heated pool with Jacuzzi/Spa. At 30ft x 15ft this pool is much larger than the norm; great for all day fun in the sun. The deck area is also extra large providing lots of outdoor space. There is a covered lanai providing comfortable shade, here we have provided luxury pool furniture; table with 8 chairs for al fresco dining and 6 loungers for lazing by the pool. There is also a pool bathroom and outdoor shower. With safety in mind, there is a removable child safety fence around the pool and all exit doors are alarmed. There is even a selection of pool toys.
The pool and deck areas are screened for your comfort.
GROUND FLOOR
Living room - This bright and spacious room is at the heart of the home. You will find stylish leather sectional seating and a large screen wall mounted LCD HD TV and Bluetooth surround sound stystem with digital cable and HD channels, BluRay player and PS3 move.
Dining room - Here there is a gorgeous dining table by British furniture designer Matthew Hilton with sufficient seating for all guests. The smallest guest need not feel left out, a design conscious high chair is also provided. Mood lighting has been installed for those more intimate dinners.
Kitchen - The fully fitted kitchen has every modern convenience needed for your stay including the large American French door refrigerator, dish washer, electric kettle and coffee maker plus all the other appliances you would expect. Cookware, silverware, crockery, glassware and unbreakable items for outdoor use are all provided. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with Italian leather bar stools. There is also a telephone.
The laundry can be found in the garage, away from view, and includes washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Master Suite 1 - Overlooking the pool and with direct access to the deck this beautiful room has a US King size bed with memory foam mattress, en suite facilities with separate toilet, his and hers sinks and double size walk in shower. The walk in wardrobe contains a safe to store valuables during your stay. We have provided luxury cotton linens from the White Company, a 40" wall mounted TV, hairdryer and a portable telephone.
Master Suite 3 - at the front of the house on the ground floor. This is a Queen Size bed with memory foam mattress, en suite facilities, built in wardrobe and designer furniture. Again there are luxury linens, a wall mounted 40" smart TV, and hairdryer.
Games Room - For your added entertainment we have converted our garage into a games room, housing, an 8ft pool table, 6ft table football, magnetic darts, table & bar stools, iPod dock and CD player. There is a wall mounted smart TV plus a second PlayStation 3
UPPER FLOOR
Master Suite 2 – A beautiful en suite room with walk in wardrobe featuring a US King Size contemporary Italian leather bed with memory foam mattress, designer furnishings, floor mirror, 40" wall mounted TV and DVR, hairdryer and a portable telephone with answering machine. This room also has lovely views over the pool and nature reserve to the rear of the property.
Bedroom 4
A glamorous retro inspired Queen room. Luxurious velvet bed with sumptuous memory foam mattress, luxury cotton linens and 40” wall mounted Smart TV. Built in closet and ‘Jack and Jill’ en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 5 Twin room with memory foam mattresses, luxury cotton linens and 40” wall mounted Smart TV. Built in closet and 'Jack and Jill’ en-suite facilities.
We provide a comprehensive set of baby equipment;
One set is provided FREE of charge. If you require additional items they can be hired by our management company at a small charge.
WaterSong Resort is a gated community, set in a peaceful location surrounded by rolling woodland and water conservation areas. On site facilities at WaterSong include an elaborate, spacious 6,700sqft clubhouse which encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, and entertaining games arcade, a fitness centre, sundry shop, an eatery serving beverages and snacks and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun! Enjoy the large heated pool and spa, picnic area, children’s playground, basketball and volleyball courts. All these facilities are available for you and your family to use at no extra charge.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
