Hillcrest Estate is situated on Hwy 27 just 1 mile south of the 192. It is a small community nestling between The Palms at Lake Davenport and Bahama Bay. The houses were built in 2001/2002 and are well spaced out with approx 30yd distance between back to back. There are only 2 roads on the estate , Hillcrest Drive and Hillcrest Road both are clearly marked so no confusing directions to get to the villas. It is only 10 minutes drive from Disney and all the shopping and resaurants along the 192. There are 2 Publix supermarkets within 1 mile of the estate. It is ideally situated for golfers being within an easy drive of several including the famous Champions Gate.
