Calabay Parc is ideally situated on US27 approximately five minutes north of Interstate 4 and five minutes south of US192. We are fifteen minutes from Disney, twenty five minutes from Universal Studios and thirty five minutes from Orlando International Airport. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and smaller grocery stores and a pharmacy only minutes away including those at Berry Town Center and Ridge-View Plaza. The nearest gas station is approximately one mile south, just past Ridge-View Plaza. Posner Park, about 5 miles south of Calabay Parc is also rapidly expanding with a good selection of large stores and food outlets. We are surrounded by some of Florida's finest golf courses, including Champions Gate, Falcon's Fire, Mystic Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes etc. The Heart of Florida hospital, with its emergency dept is approximately 10 minutes south of Calabay Parc.
