The large king master bedroom provides direct access to the pool area through sliding doors, while its ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, a generous shower, and a convenient door leading out to the pool deck.
The Queen bedroom, located off the kitchen, has its own access door to a bathroom equipped with a tub over shower, vanity unit, and toilet. This bathroom also serves as the house bathroom.
The remaining two bedrooms, 1 Queen & 1 twin, are situated at the front of the house and share a bathroom complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet.
Smart TVs so guests are able to stream and connect to your own apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc...
With just a short 10-minute drive to I-4, you'll have convenient access to the region's most popular theme parks, including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando.

cleaning supplies left by previous guests will be there for you to use.

* Pool heat and spa heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
