This awesome modern updated home has a new owner. It has been fully renovated. Everything
is BRAND NEW. It has all the bells and whistles.
 
If location is your top priority, this vacation villa will get you closer to all that the area has to
offer than anywhere else. Within minutes, you’ll be at the entrance to Magic Kingdom, Epcot,
Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports complex.
Plus, this vacation home is conveniently located on the 27 / 192 interchange and just a few
miles from I-4 which brings you to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea
World within a short drive.
 
The space
This GRAND & OVERSIZED 2 story home has 5 AMAZING Bedrooms. The KING Size 1st primary
bedroom is MASSIVE with its very own private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink,
private soaking tub with a separate shower, it also has a large walk-in closet and a 65 inch wall
mounted TV.  This room also has its own private living room. It's literally almost like its own
apartment :)   The 2nd primary bedroom also has a KING Size bedroom with its own private en-
suite bathroom and it also has a 65 inch flat screen TV on the wall with plenty of closet space. 
The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds. It's set up just like a hotel room with the TV wall mounted
and views of the pool. The 4th bedroom is also a queen bedroom with the TV on the wall. There
is a 3rd full bathroom right outside these bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is located on the first
floor.  It is a queen size bedroom and yes a TV on the wall. This first floor bedroom is great if
you have older family members with you so they don't have to climb the stairs. It is located next
to a full-size bathroom and the laundry room.  This awesome bright home sleeps up to 12
comfortably. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a central air conditioning / heating
system throughout the house. 
 
The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need for that yummy family breakfast or preparing
dinner at home. There is an air fryer-toaster oven, Ninja blender, coffee maker, electric kettle
etc…All the essentials.
Fully equipped kitchen with a large eat-on peninsula that seats 4 with a separate large dining
room area which seats 6. Plus an additional table and 4 chairs. 
 
The home consists of 2 separate living room spaces. Each with a 70 inch TV in both rooms. All
of the TV’S in the home are smart TV’S. There are HDMI cords already in place for you to bring
your Playstations or Xboxes.  One living room space can be used for the kids and one for the
adults to pour a glass of wine and relax in.
 
There is free secured WIFI included throughout the whole home and pool area. All the TV’s are
smart TV’s so everything you need is a click away, a pack-n-play, high chair & stroller for the
small ones are available so you don't have to travel with all the extra stuff.
 
We have our own private swimming pool with a jacuzzi spa area with outside space benefits
from patio loungers and furniture to ensure our guests can relax and take full advantage of the
Florida sunshine. The whole rear pool deck is fully screened in as well as fenced in so it’s a

SUPER PRIVATE pool experience. We do have pool door alarms, so that you can relax with your
smaller children in our villa. 
 
This home is a smart home with an amazing security system. This home is top of the line and
we will make the door codes the numbers you request to make your stay with us easier.
 
We are located ONLY a few miles from DISNEY properties and ESPN Wide World of Sports as
well as other major attractions like Universal Studios, Sea World etc…
 
There are 2 community pools in the neighborhood as well as a full basketball court and
playground for the little ones,
 
There are multiple restaurants & bars close to the community.  There is a Walmart supercenter,
grocery stores, Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, Chick Fil A, Pizza shops, Mexican Restaurant,
Hurricanes restaurant etc. Also other Shopping and restaurants are just a short trip down the
road including Super Target, Publix Supermarket, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster, Outback
Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, and so much more just a few miles away. 
Literally everything you could want and need are just short drives..
 
 
Guest access:
 
2 cars can park in the driveway. There is also plenty of free on street parking .
 
Other things to note:
 
Pool & spa heat can be added to your stay for an additional fee.
 
Please note this is a self catering villa. We start you off with a roll of toilet paper & a small soap
in each bathroom. Also a bin liner in each bin. After that guests purchase their own. Any
cleaning supplies left by previous guests will be there for you to use.

* Pool heat and spa heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
