Marceline Dreams villa is located on the gated community of Manor at West Haven, Davenport. 

We are only 7 miles, approximately a 15 minute drive away from Disney World. 

Champions gate is just 10 minutes away offering you Publix, Restaurants and World class golf courses. 

The up and coming Posner Park Shopping Mall is a short 15 minutes away. 

Orlando International Airport (MCO) airport is only a 40 minute drive.

Our newly designed and furnished 4 bed 3 bath home with plenty of glamorous upgrades means there is something for everyone. 

Two Ritz Carlton styled masters both with direct pool access and full baths and two themed twin bedrooms. 

A calming and cozy living space with a 65" TV which leads you to an oasis outdoor area. 

Large sparkling pool and spa with a huge covered lanai with loungers in front of an outdoor 55" TV. 

One of the few large houses with a fenced in backyard. 

Lets not forget our Harry Potter themed games room!

All bedding, towels and beach towels are provided along with free Wi-Fi, 6 Roku TVs and a fully equipped remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a brand new washer and dryer.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
* Electric vehicle charging is at owners' discretion and is prohibited at this property unless specifically agreed in writing before start of rental period. Fees will apply
