Our villa is located in The Shire in West Haven, Davenport area, Orlando / Disney Area, only 12 minutes drive from Disney, and 20 minutes from Downtown Disney.

The Champions Gate Shopping Complex is only a few minutes away from the Villa for all the essentials with a Publix Supermarket, Gas Station, McDonalds and a Chili’s Restaurant.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 ensuites), is fully air conditioned, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The bed sizes are as follows 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, 2 queens, and 1 king.

There is a balcony that stretches the full width of the house on the second floor giving beautiful views of the nature reserve behind the house.

There is a formal dining room, two lounges, a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and games room fully equipped with pool table and air hockey and basket ball game.

Outside, patio doors lead to a beautiful large swimming pool and Spa.

The house faces South so you have the beautiful sunshine over the private swimming and spa all day long.

The pool is fully screened and has ample space, perfect for sunbathing.

We also have a removable pool security fence as a safety precaution for families travelling with children.

Laundry facilities are provided in a separate air-conditioned utility room and include a washing machine and tumble dryer (which means you can get the laundry done before travelling home, unpack your suitcases when you get back and put all your clean clothes in the drawers or wardrobe whilst reminiscing what you were doing two weeks previous).

Our home provides a peaceful haven to return to after the hustle and bustle of a day out at the parks.
Alternatively, it’s a perfect base for lazing around the pool or soaking up the therapy of the Spa.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
