Our unique 4 bedroom, 3 Bathroom luxury Villa is situated on the new community of Tuscan Hills. Tuscan Hills is a new secure gated community, with extensive oak landscaping, located in Davenport on highway 27, close to highway 192, and only minutes from interstate 4.  This gives you access to all the main travelling routes in central Florida, with Orlando Airport and Sanford Airport just 30 minutes and 55 minutes easy drive to our villa. It is a 12 minute drive to Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios and its 2 theme parks and Sea World.

You will be able to relax around our screened, pool and patio area, and should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can sit in the shade in our large covered lanai, or come back inside where all the rooms are air conditioned and keep at a cool and constant temperature.

The private screened pool (26' x 13') with spa, overlooks a conservation area and is NOT overlooked by the neighbours on either side, something which is VERY RARE in Florida these days.

With games room (Pool table, foosball and darts) in Garage for additional entertainment. With wireless internet access, all you need to do is bring your laptop, you will then be able to keep in touch with the office or simply surf to find information on tomorrow's outing! In the cloakroom cupboard we have provided some ponchos and 2 strollers for use in the parks. Hairdryers are available in all bathrooms. Pool towels are also provided. For children young and old we have a  tennis court, volleyball court and a tot lot (children's play area) in the community.

We have updated the family room, providing a 42' flat screen tv. There are board games, books, dvds and cds available in the lounge.

Close to Tuscan Hills, along US Highway 27, there are numerous shops, takeaways and restaurants, with the fantastic new Posner Centre Mall hosting a Best Buy, JC Penney, Books a Million, Dick's Sporting Goods and Target only 7 miles along the U27. For golf lovers a 5 minutes drive will take you to 2 golf courses including the newly completed Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including the Leadbetter School of Golf. There are also an additional 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius if this is not enough!

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
